喜欢 Great place ,excellent serviced pitch for motorhome , grandkids loved it , toilets and showers good and clean

不喜欢 Nothing much , £150 for two nights seems expensive 🤷‍♂️

喜欢 This was our first visit but it won't be our last. Lovely site, ideally located for the bus and the staff were warm and welcoming.

喜欢 The site! Well laid out, and loved the wigwams (although we didn’t stay in one) plus the BBQ area - felt like we were abroad and made the holiday even more.

不喜欢 The showers were extremely hot and there was no way to regulate them so we ended up using the family room sink to wash the young children! Not ideal with a very big 6 year old!
The play area was super noisy up to 10pm.
I think it should close at 9pm due to young children sleeping.
Recycling bin was much further away than the normal bins
Kids bombing around too fast on motorised scooters

喜欢 En suite camping pod was great. Spacious inside with electric socket and phone charge points and a picnic table and chairs outside. Toilet and shower were clean and great to use.
The holiday site itself was fantastic with lots of facilities but nice and quiet at night.

喜欢 Friendly staff, lovely park, very quiet. The glamping pod was very clean.

不喜欢 Too long distance to the toilet.
Cold water in the swimming pool.

不喜欢 3 pitches opposite were full due to holiday makers having caravan awning and car
We had a motorhome and small car
The families thought it was ok to play football on our pitch constantly banging the ball on our motorhome

不喜欢 Very disappointed with my stay at Trevella. The showers were often dirty at the times I used them, despite claims of regular cleaning. Noise late into the night was disruptive, and while staff say they patrol, it felt like the responsibility was placed on me to resolve issues that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The pitch was uneven and unsuitable, the pool was noticeably colder than expected, and aside from two friendly reception staff on arrival, most others were dismissive or rude. I sent a follow-up email but received zero resolution, with the response making all the problems my responsibility. Overall, I left early due to the poor experience and lack of support.
