营地装备

Coronavirus

• Owing to government regulations, groups of 4 or more people are not permitted.
• The bar facilities are closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.
• The restaurant is closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.

假期变动

• 到店前30天内不得修改订单。

入住

• Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.

到店和离店

• 如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。
• 营地将在您到店前1天向您发送更详细的入住信息。

安全

• 可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
• 禁止携带枪支。
• 请不要触摸或喂食动物。

狗

• 导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
• 必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。

租用露营住处

• 入住出租屋的客人必须自带羽绒被、枕头、床单和毛巾。若未携带这些物品，则不允许过夜。
• 离开时单元必须干净整洁，如若离店时单元未清洁，将收取 £50.00 (¥442.73)的罚款。
• 租赁的住宿单元内不允许出现明火。

通用条款

• Protective masks must be worn at all times in common areas.
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch. 只有在营地能够成功转租您预订的装置/单元时，方可于所示取消期内退款。
• 从23:00}到07:00为安静时间，请务必遵守。
• 如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
• 管理人员保留拒绝言行不当的宾客入内或终止其入住的权利。款项不予退还。
• 订单不得连续超过14个晚上。

门票

• 18 岁以下人士必须由其父母或法定监护人陪同。
• 必须至少有一名成员年满18周岁或以上。

露营单元

• 此公园不允许使用帐篷。
