喜欢 We had a wonderful holiday here. The people were all friendly, it was easy to access all of the activities. It was definitely worth booking the slip and slide as my kids loved it. It’s in easy access of great beaches.

不喜欢 The only addition I would add is the outdoor pool really needs some work as do the toilets. I have Crohn’s disease so I was able to use the disabled toilets and they were far superior. They were constantly cleaned several times a day when we stayed peak season and a bank holiday.

喜欢 Our toilets were clean at all times

不喜欢 Road ways are a pain to walk on, pitches are very uneven ours had a huge slope c43 pitch so sleeping in a tent wasn’t good. Shop prices over inflated, ‘pub’ wasn’t good either sticky tables and food was sub par. Didn’t try the swimming as was fully booked inside at all times

喜欢 Lovely park with nice parks for kids to play we enjoys s'mores in the evening and a BBQ xx

不喜欢 There was a couple shouting and swearing at each other really loudly, a few pitches away from us and the noise over night from the main road, if we visit again we would stay away from the main road area more towards the park which we did initially request. Other than that it's was a lovely experience. For the kids and us as a family. Thanks

喜欢 Definitely not the staff welcome staff in front office road arrogant quite up themselves as for the outdoor pole disgusting floating debris no filtration leaves dead bugs spoke to an owner who said they have this all the time sight don't care

不喜欢 As above all the above is correct loads of complaints against this firm useless don't go there use your money wisely done spend it there on the last day had no water to a service pitch because of some sort of thought but the slipping slide had plenty of water because I was taking thousands of pounds

For clarity, the Slip & Slide runs on a separate water system, which is why it remained open while other facilities were affected. 喜欢 Indoor pool was clean not to much chlorine.
Food in the pub was very good if a little expensive.
Plenty of water points in the camping area.
Children's areas were well set up.
Lots of activities for both adults and kids.

不喜欢 Outdoor pool was dirty and had lots of leaves in it.
A better reception area and not just a shed would be good.
No fire pits or open fires allowed...

喜欢 Flat pitch, good size. Staff helpful. Nice shop and pub. Good play areas.

不喜欢 Toilet and shower facilities disgusting and smelly. Booking the swimming pool in advance, the one time the QR code worked we had to wait 2 Days at 4 pm. Ok if you're planning on staying on site all day. Pitches too near to play areas.

喜欢 Lovely outdoors space, soft play nice and clean and staff in leisure centre friendly

不喜欢 Outdoor pool cold and dirty. Shower block needed cleaning more often. Broken pipe under sink at washing up station. Didnt see any maintenance people and wasn’t fixed in the 8 nights we was there. Amusements need up dating. Couldn’t get a slot for the indoor pool.

喜欢 Great spacious pitches, very accommodating as we were away with friends so we wanted to be pitched together. great parks for the kids, pub on site was very nice and friendly, used outdoor pool, and mini golf. Also used the slip and slide which was very fun. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location to explore Cornwall

不喜欢 Water stopped working several times whilst we were there, which ment we weren’t able to use the showers when we wanted too.
Outdoor pool looks green, but it looks like the floor, and the shack by the pool was closed and looked very run down.

喜欢 Camping pitch good size and electric hook up as standard which was unexpected. Quiet family camping (mostly), lots of paid activities (we did not use this), not too far from Newquay. Leisure centre quite well maintained.

不喜欢 Games room which was very old, run down and half of the machines were not working as they should. The water stopped working altogether in the ladies toilet/shower blocks on two separate days which was really frustrating, shower floor in the men’s block was spongey and water damaged. Couldn’t really go swimming as the indoor pool was booked up majority of the time. Outdoor pool we chose not to go in as it did not look very clean, photos looked nice online but definitely was not as in the photos. Facilities definitely need updating unfortunately.

不喜欢 Pitch was supposed to be a large but the site doesn't work! they mix tents with caravans & motor homes instead of have separate fields for each. We paid extra for a large pitch but as soon as someone pitched a giant tent next to us we literally had no space to even sit outside the caravan with our vehicle parked next to it.
We have kids ourselves but many families were just drinking outside the tents letting there children run wild!! we even had a couple playing "hide & seek" around our caravan. (Yes we have 2 children & they should enjoy there Holiday but not disturb others by doing so).

I would ignore the fact that there is an outdoor pool, we went to visit & refused to enter the water... lots of debris & leaves floating on top of the water. It also did not look clean. The indoor pool was a safer option.
