Our caravan is situated in our large garden next to our home but you have your own small green space and we are nearby should you need us. We are situated at the bottom of the Historic market town of Helston famous for its Flora Day and within walking distance of independent shops, museum, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Opposite is Coronation Boating Lake and next to Penrose Estate. The caravan is 28x10ft with 2 bedrooms - one double and one with 2 small single beds. Bathroom with Shower, toilet and basin. Kitchen area offers cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.

Adjacent Coronation Park has a lakeside cafe, skatepark, playground and seasonal pedalos and cycle hire. During the year there are various events Farmers Market, Helston Band and small outside Theatre groups playing. We are situated next to Penrose National Trust Estate with lovely walks through woodland, wetlands and coastline, where if your feeling energetic can walk around the lake or through the estate to the Harbour Town of Porthleven or if you prefer a 5 minute drive to Porthleven. 6 miles from sandy Praa Sands, 10 miles from historic Marazion and 12 miles from the harbour town of Falmouth.
