Torn between Cornwall’s coastal lures and the need to recharge your batteries in a peaceful location? At Treglisson Touring Park you can have both. This family-friendly site in the middle of an ancient orchard is a 10-minute drive from the port town of Hayle, which sits right on St Ives Bay, so you can create your own perfect mix of rural retreat and seaside attractions. While you set up your pitch, you can let the kids blow off some steam in the play area, which includes a miniature adventure course, swings and a sandpit. Meanwhile, the pirate ship and toy cars in the covered playground ought to keep the youngest guests entertained. Your canine buddy can have a good run around in the dog exercise area. (Note, however, that dogs ought to be kept on a lead at all times elsewhere on site.) That’s the kids and the dogs sorted. Next, it’s all about the grownups. You can put your way round the short course at Hayle Golf (10-minute walk), or indulge in a spot of birdwatching at the RSPB Hayle Estuary reserve (10 minutes’ drive). And then there’s those Cornwall beaches… Gwithian beach (15 minutes) is a vast sandy stretch popular with surfers; if you’re after calmer waters, you can head to sheltered Carbis Bay (15 minutes). Back at the site, there’s a food shop on site (during the school holidays only) for the essentials, or you can take a five-minute drive to a well-stocked farm shop. (And there are supermarkets in Hayle, of course.) Other facilities include a communal freezer and a sheltered washing-up area, plus a fully tiled shower and toilet block.

喜欢 Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, saubere Sanitäranlagen, warme Duschen, gute Betreuung, sehr freundlich und flexibel, viel Natur, ruhiger Platz, sehr zu empfehlen.

喜欢 We had a lovely stay for a week. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the campsite was great with good sized pitches and in a great location for traveling around Cornwall. We will definitely be coming back here again

喜欢 My family and I all stayed at Treglisson Holiday Park and we had such a good time! The owner was great with communication and put our three pitches next to each other as we requested😊

The park was lovely and quiet, with our pitches being in the shade of the trees which was perfect for the hot weather☀️My brothers had lots of fun playing in the park and making friends with the other children on site!

The toilet block was always clean and the showers were AMAZING - high pressure water and hot! In the cubicle, there was a shower curtain that divided the shower from the changing area so your clothes and towel didn’t get wet!

The campsite is in a great location, with quick access to a Lidl 5 minutes down the road. We were able to visit Hayle, Penzance, St Ives, and Lands End all within 30/45 minutes🚙

Thankyou for a lovely time, we will definitely be back!🏕️

喜欢 Good sized pitch with both hard standing and grass. Hedges either side which gave a nice bit of privacy. Pitches were well spaced. The site was a lovely peaceful green space with a variety of birds to watch. Shower and toilet were lovely and clean.

喜欢 Very spacious pitches. Staff friendly and approachable. Loved the Robin coming to visit regular even minutes after we arrived. Showers clean with plenty of hot water

不喜欢 First grass cut of the season walked in everywhere. Shower block a bit tired but neither spoiled our break.

喜欢 Close to Hayle and quiet due to being off season.

不喜欢 The site looked unkempt. Very long grass on pitches and barely any gravel on hardstandings.

喜欢 We booked a last minute night here while touring, we really liked the site and felt very much how campsites use to be.
The site owner was super friendly and knowledgeable, thank you for the St Erth train tip rather than parking in St Ives.
there are plenty of facilities which were all clean and in good order, the showere are hot and theres space to get dry and dressed which seems to lack in other sites.
It was quite on the site but theres plenty of space between pitches and feels like your back in nature with the mature trees surrounding the site and splitting the site in half.

If there’s no action in the water, you can explore the clifftop paths, take in the views and see birds like skylarks and choughs (and the occasional seal). Whether you’re after seaside attractions or a spot of culture, St Ives (20 minutes) delivers. Sandy Porthmeor Beach sits in the shade of Tate St Ives, with its collection of modern art, and only a short walk from the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden. The town itself, with its narrow alleyways lined with stone cottages, is also well worth a little exploration. Cross to the south coast to visit St Michael’s Mount (20 minutes), a small island off Marazion Beach that can be reached on foot at low tide. Explore the medieval castle and the subtropical gardens, and take a boat trip back to the mainland.
