喜欢 There are a number of very large open area grass fields to choose from, therefore there is plenty of space to pitch up.

不喜欢 There is only one toilet block area, the facilities are little tired and in need of some maintenance, some toilet doors don't have any locks on them and there was a missing sink tap.

喜欢 Toilets were clean, showers were ok floors slightly dirty but just wear crocs

不喜欢 Electric pitch was pretty small and very close to the people staying in the pitch next door,group's of people shouting and singing untill 1am, very busy site not much space on a pitch for a family of 6

Perhaps you will visit again outside an extremely busy Bank Holiday to enjoy the country and river walks and bring some indoor and outdoor games for you and the family to enjoy together.

喜欢 The facilities were very clean and tidy. Space was really good. Staff were friendly and there was a river to swim in, kayaking and a nice woodland walk

不喜欢 False advertising. There was no farm open, no play park

When you book on Pitch-up it says that The nearby visitor attraction/children rides are closed and the Hop Farm official website no longer mentions the family park and farm and there are no longer any photos of it on their page, however some non-official sites still have photos up taken from people who have previously been to the family park which the Hop Farm are unable to take down.

不喜欢 Even though rules restricting large groups Very Large groups were allowed so very noisy site even into the early hours of the morning.
Very large site nowhere near enough facilities, they were very dirty with locks missing on some cubicles. Booked a 3 night stay left after 2.

来自经理: I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay, the majority of guests who stayed commented on how much they enjoyed themselves a few even booked to stay longer.
As it was August Bank Holiday we did have up to 3 pitches of family/friends together, we asked them to turn off music and to be respectful when we did our 10pm site checks, unfortunately as the electric pitches are so close together general talking and laughter can be heard. There was a loud music event taking place in East Peckham on the Saturday until 130am which must have been unlicenced and could be heard on a few fields including the one you were on, however this was beyond our control.
We do provide toilets and showers within the stipulations set out by the campsite regulations, we had them cleaned continuously from 7am until 7pm on the Saturday and Sunday, with a notice in reception and verbally telling people when they checked in that between 7pm and 7am there would be no cleaning and to clean up after themselves. A couple of locks were broken and either repaired or replaced as soon as we were made aware of.

喜欢 Very beautiful views around the site, very clean toilets, fishing shop was 1 minute away from the farm. Beo toilets were at every field which was very handy as you didn't need to travel to the main toilets if camping far away,

不喜欢 The roads were very bumpy due to uneven ground so needed to be extra careful

The bumpy roads do help to keep to the 5MPH limit on site, sadly not everyone adheres to this policy.

喜欢 Saw a lot of negative reviews before we went but really enjoyed our stay.

Quality site. Huge place. Never had to wait for toilets or showers. And they were at maximum capacity.

Obviously the site can't control visitors and their behaviours, but they managed everything well and no problems or issues. Pleasantly surprised and a good location to explore.

喜欢 This was a lovely spacious campsite, we were a little nervous about what to expect due to some very negative reviews, but we found the facilities to be very clean, showers and toilets cleaned several times a day.

We were given a warm welcome at reception, told to drive through the fields to decide where we would like to camp, and given a number to call if there was too much noise after about 11pm (which we didn’t need to use).

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this camp site, unfortunately I think wherever you stay, hotel or campsite you might be unlucky and encounter inconsiderate people who really don’t care about the mess they leave behind or if their noise disturbs others, it’s not very fair to blame the campsite.

喜欢 Ideal place to take the children and family during the school holidays really enjoyed our stay shops and towns not to far from site would highly recommend will be back for sure 10/10
