喜欢: What a great site Big clean spacious pitches Easy access Informative, kind wardens. Spotlessly clean showers and toilets.

不喜欢: No wifi- but this only a small inconvenience when just staying for a couple of nights.

喜欢: shower and toilets very clean, staff very friendly.

不喜欢: gate locked from 10pm to 7am,if you had to leave in a emergency you couldn't brochure shows beautiful lakes, we did not find any big lakes but large ponds. could not walk through woodland signs on gates saying no walkers. bit disappointed really, and no wifi unless you sit outside the office. not being picky of disrespectful to the staff but pointing out and hopefully they may improve

It is true that we secure the site from 10am until 7am - this is pretty much an industry standard to protect both the park and our guests. The procedure for emergencies requiring gate opening are listed at the reception notice board, in the attached information leaflet given to every guest, and explained at the induction on arrival. Staff are on site 24 hours should the need to leave arise. As described on the pitch up website, the lakes (fishery) and woodland walks are not part of our touring park, but are nearby features. Neither the Pitch Up site (nor our own website) advertises that Wifi is available as it is not available site-wide. However, it is available free of charge at the reception area. We welcome all of our reviews, and we are particularly pleased to note that you liked the site facilities and staff. Many thanks again. T&D

喜欢: Very clean site with good facilities and helpful staff. Horam Co-op and Cuckoo Trail only 5 mins walk away.

不喜欢: Next to local park / car park so had someone doing donuts on Friday night, but it was only for a few minutes.

喜欢: Great site, staff were super friendly and really accommodating. I have a reactive female dog and they helped me to make it more relaxing for me by putting us tucked in a corner. Also helped me when I requested a late check out. Honestly nothing bad to say. They are such lovely people and toilets were always well kept. Thank you for a lovely stay

喜欢: Pitches were well laid out nice and flat, The owners were very polite and offered information about the site and surrounding area. The facilities were spotless with great showers rooms nice and big.

不喜欢: The motorhome service point was a bit tight for space

喜欢: Very friendly and helpful staff. Toilets and washing up areas are very clean. Pitch had electricity AND water which is convenient. Felt safe and secure, easy access from the main road, no narrow lanes to worry about! Lakeside cafe is lovely and only a short walk from the site and the village of Horam has a co-op and the Horam emporium which has quirky items for sale and has a great cafe too.

不喜欢: No real dislikes but just to point out that there is aircraft noise at times which didn’t bother us but might bother others considering this site. The toilets nearest reception are superior and very clean; the toilets and showers on the camping field are a little dated. No wifi on our pitch which I’m sure is the case for most sites. I’m just being picky here though to offer a balanced view!

喜欢: Everything !!!! Clean tidy site easy to get, one of the best shower blocks we have used decent size pitch for our tents staff were amazing so friendly and help nice little shop on site for those important little things you may run out of over great site we’ll be back for sure 200 per cent
