喜欢 This is the best UK site we have stayed on so far !!
We have been touring for 20 years plus, all over Europe so we are very experienced, The kids loved the pool and the bowling alley, We loved the restaurant and the bar🍻🍻.
The staff were very helpful and extremely polite. The facilities were exceptional and clean.

Onsite shop was very well stocked.

Noted a few previous reviews mentioned the drive in being an issue but we didn’t struggle with our 8 metre long 8 foot wide van, just take your time there’s plenty of passing places.

One teeny weeny issue was that the showers were trickling but it was extremely cold outside so this could be the reason.

Our first trip here but not our last !

喜欢 Really liked silverdale very clean loved the fully serviced hard standing pitches will definitely be going back again

不喜欢 Did not dislike but would be more dog friendly if there was a small section in restaurant where dogs could go as it was freezing outside and heaters were useless as top was open

喜欢 Cafe, bar and shop were great. Clean site with good garden standing. Toilet/shower facilities were warm which was nice.

不喜欢 Showers only run for a very short period. Constantly hitting the restart button. Wifi was very poor.

pitches have Tv Ariel points

不喜欢 Staff could be trained a little better on customer service.

Out of the sites control however roads leading up the site are awkward as narrow in places

喜欢 Level pitch, own hook up and water, great facilities, shop pool sauna and bar all great. Nice and quiet, 24hr access by number plate recognition

不喜欢 No system to save a pitch if you go out in a camper van which would have been tricky with site full and dark evenings- staff couldn’t help though I did ask. Improvised a barrier and wrote a note which worked but I’d advise take a tape barrier

Thank you as well for your comment about reserving pitches when taking a camper van off-site. We appreciate your comments and understand it may be difficult to access the same pitch when returning. As our park do not allocate pitches, we cannot always guarantee that the pitch will be available upon your return, but feel free to ask reception on your next visit and we can always ask a park warden to use a physical marker to show this is occupied.

喜欢 Everything! staff were brilliant, park was immaculate all facilities very modern, pitches were massive, toilets were clean at all times and the radio was a nice touch, swimming pool was manned at all times by at least 2 life guards, the sauna and steam room were brilliant too, the jacuzzi was so hot an bubbly, the restaurant was very clean and very reasonably priced, the bowling alley was a hit wit our two boys, we stayed over Halloween weekend and it was great to be able to dress our caravan up and see everyone else's efforts, the grounds of the park are beautiful with lots of walks and pathways for hikes, our 2 labs throughly enjoyed the dog exercise areas took, such a brilliant break away will definitely return 5 star park *****

喜欢 Lovely large pitches. Nicely spaced out. Beautiful surroundings views amazing . So many places to walk or cycle . Very quiet . Lots of facilities swimming pool is very clean does get very busy. Steam room sauna and jacuzzi for adults. Restaurant has a good selection of food and reasonably priced everything open till 9pm. Ice-cream is amazing. Cannot wait to make a return visit. Good shop on site and laundry. Loved the 10 pin bowling we had a great week. The Halloween craft sessions were great value for money kids loved it.

不喜欢 Showers very clean but only a few showers very close to the wall difficult to shower properly. It is very dark when walking at night not much lighting but that can also be a positive . The blue room where the kids dicos are held is very small my granddaughter was very scared . Getting to the site is once off the main roads takes nerves of stee8 especially when towing. Take it easy and keep your nerve be prepared for oncoming traffic.
