How’s this for a handy Lancashire location for your tourer? Brylea Caravan Park is a rural site surrounded by trees and fields and yet it’s also only about 10 minutes’ drive from here to Preston city centre. Oh, and the coast is close by too – buzzy Blackpool is about 20 minutes’ drive away. On top of all this, there’s splendidly easy access to this site from the main road – it’s just off the Preston Western Distributor road and a few minutes’ drive from the M55. Once you’re settled, a five-minute walk gets you to the Lancaster Canal towpath for a walk with your four-legged buddy, and there’s also easy access to the Preston Guild Wheel Cycleway. There are plenty of shops, pubs and places to eat in Preston, but you’ll not have to travel that far for a coffee, a snack or a pint of milk. You can simply walk to the local petrol station, five minutes away, which has a well-stocked shop, a chain bakery and a coffee shop with a drive-through (plus electric car charging points). It’s not all about location, though – this family-run park is also a well-equipped place, with spacious hardstanding pitches, a dog-walking area and a smart bathroom block with an accessible/family room and washing-up sinks. A chemical disposal point and motorhome service point are on site too, and the whole place is kept safe with a gated entrance for your security.

喜欢 Toilets and showers were clean, staff freindly

不喜欢 Its very noisy, agricultural noise, road noise, train noise and people stay here and work so we were woken up at 5am by cars leaving for work. Alot are seasonal pitches, people seemed to use as work base. Also electric is only 10amp, and pay as you go. Phone and TV reception poor, free wifi slow.

喜欢 Immaculate kept site. Good size level pitch. Great location for visiting Blackpool and walks along the Lancaster canal which is a short walk from the site. Welcoming friendly owners and other seasonal caravans also friendly. Bathroom area was always clean with lovely little personal touches like hand cream and hair dryer. Electricity was straight forward and easy to use.
Very peaceful and a lovely ending to our two week break up North!

喜欢 Ease of check in and check out.
Later check out time, making it easy to pack down especially with a young family.
The ball field and farm walk was great for the children.
The toilet block was excellent, the quality of the showers far exceeded expectations.
The electric hookups were pretty high tech and easy to use.
It was also really easy to get to but incredibly quiet, which was quite amazing given it was minutes away from a main road.
Our children learned how to ride bikes on the site this week, it was very safe for them.
The site wide WiFi was also brilliant, we hadn't even considered that in our choice to visit this site but we were very impressed.

喜欢 Very clean site, staff really friendly. Pitch sizes are very spacious and price is great. Nothing to do but we enjoyed relaxing and walking so that didn't matter.

不喜欢 Toilet block could do with a little.modernisatiin but having said that is very clean.

喜欢 We’ve been going here for years, and it just gets better and better. Great facilities, friendly service, easy electric system, great dog walk, good big pitches, and secure.

不喜欢 Kids playing football near the caravans when there’s signs saying not to. There’s plenty of room for them to play on the marked out pitch by the dog walk.

Lake District National Park (45 minutes) enchants with its spectacular watery and mountainous landscapes, and its National Trust sites, like Sizergh (a medieval house with a vast estate) and Hill Top, Beatrix Potter’s home overlooking Lake Windermere.
