喜欢: Nice hut with everything needed cosy and warm , nice extra touch with wine and the tray , clean warm showers

不喜欢: On arrival took over an hour to find someone to check in , dead rodents stuffed in wall in drying room so didn’t use

喜欢: Archetypal Cumbrian farm, with a small bijou campsite. Great views up Wasdale valley. Quiet. Clean, tidy facilities but not state of art. We felt most welcome.

喜欢: My 1 year old daughter and I absolutely loved this place. The views were absolutely beautiful. There were lots of friendly cats and kittens that my daughter loved saying hello to. There were also cows for her to look at. She loved the little play area. The place is cosy and I felt relaxed watching her play as I could see everything from our spot. The host was very welcoming and the Sheeps fold, which we stayed in, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The toilet and shower facilities were great. I will definitely be returning.

喜欢: Lovely little cosy shepherds hut. Fantastic area and beautiful little site with a wonderful view. Great shower and toilet facilities. The hut has everything one could need and even some complimentary tea and coffee etc.

来自经理: Cows are not always in the fields near the paddock as we have a rotational grazing system so at times it is quiet. We have limited WiFi but can get 4G signal with Vodafone. Hopefully fibre direct to us will arrive soon and we will be able to provide this on site. Thank you for leaving a review

喜欢: Very friendly and welcoming even though we booked last minute and got lost on the way and was a little bit late turning up - very helpful with directions to the site. Very cute and small :) adorable little kittens everywhere!!

来自经理: Thank you for leaving a review. The Shower block had most likely been used after cleaning and this could reflect on low cleanliness score as some do not rinse out showers after use. Glad to see you met Mopsy, the paddock is part of her territory

喜欢: Location is really nice with great views. Owner very friendly with lots of knowledge of the area. Facilities were sufficient for the short time we stayed.

不喜欢: Nothing major. Just be aware that this is a working farm with a working dog (gave us a bit of a scare when he was guarding the entrance to the campsite)

来自经理: Facilities are a shower block with warm showers and wash up sink. Towels, bath mats and hair dryers. We do not have a shop as we want visitors to shop locally. Nellie our sheep dog does not usually go up the yard near the glamping paddock. She is a bit shy and does not like people approaching her. She maybe was feeling trapped and did not want to move past you or your vehicle.

喜欢: Catherine! Location is good for Western Lakes (Wasdale, etc.). Working farm (complete with cats), Catherine showed us round (and would have showed us milking if we'd been around at the right times). Facilities basic but clean and perfectly functional. Moho hardstandings are flat & spacious, using extensive terracing

不喜欢: Washing up space needs a roof. Hardstandings are accessed up fairly steep drives, watch your approach angles if you've a long overhang. There's not much scope for erecting drive-away awnings (wind-out OK) as surrounding grass areas are not as flat or extensive as appear in photos. Biggest issue for motorhomes is lack of proper grey water & chem toilet disposal points.
