喜欢: everything! friendly helpful owners, beautiful scenery, well maintained pitches and fantastic facilities. Will 100% be returning!
不喜欢: not a dislike personally as it’s part of the charm, more just a warning to remember you’re in the countryside so the trade off is not so great wifi (although the site has a fab little ‘working area’ you can use as a wifi hub) and some very loud sheep lol

喜欢: From Arriving on site the whole stay was fantastic. Such a well kept site. Peaceful surroundings. Nice walk to the river banks very clean facilities. We will certainly be back.

喜欢: Very nice place to stay, quiet, easy to relax. The place has everything you could need. Very friendly owners. I recommend this place for everybody. All beautiful places are an easy and short distance away.

喜欢: There is a lot of space around the site, with well maintained fields. The views from the tent are great and there were so many different species of birds around. We liked how the footpath to the road by the river was being developed with benches and trees etc. As ex farmers it was also interesting to use the old buildings. Showers etc spotless, with constant hot water and plenty of soap, loo rolls etc.. The kettle and toaster is a great idea and the shop too. We appreciated the opportunity to eat either at tables in the yard or inside the buildings. We didn't light a fire, but it was useful to be able to order fuel and a kit. There is lots for children to do - some excellent playground equipment and the site is safe as vehicles are not allowed once your tent is up. Robert and Julie were welcoming and helpful - thank you so much for lending us a spare set of tent pegs as we had forgotten ours!! We'd like to try the Tepees.
