不喜欢 Tent pitches very unlevel, toilet and shower block wasnt the cleanest. Water preasure was ok at best and could have been warmer

Great site in a lovely part of the Lake District.

喜欢 Clean, well- spaced campsite. Play park was a hit with our children, as was the walk through the woods before bed. We walked down to the pub for tea which was great and very accommodating. We just went for a night to try out camping with our 6,3 and 1 year old and we were able to enjoy it without the added hassle of having to cook and clean dishes. We got a coffee from the reception area on the morning and headed to the Saw Mill cafe for breakfast before heading out to paddle board on Wast Water. It was a great intro in to camping for us. We will certainly recommend this campsite.

喜欢 Fabulous facilities, plenty of room on the pitches. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Good shop on site and excellent toilets and showers. Lovely quiet part of the Lakes.
Nice not to have internet or phone signal, however this is available in the shop.

Large, level pitches. Quite rocky ground so remember spare pegs.
Clean toilet/shower block. It would be handy to have another block. There is one family shower room which you need a key for from reception.
No WiFi at the campsite but very good WiFi up at reception. ID mobile has no reception on the campsite - it was quite nice to cut off though!
Great trip - would visit again.

喜欢 We loved the site and surroundings and the peace and tranquility and of course the pub! But the ease of booking and friendly staff was wonderful we will definitely Italy be returning.
不喜欢 Wasn’t a huge dislike but maybe another toilet block in the other fields as a thankfully we weren’t that far away but it’s quite a trek in the dark if in the other field.
