Swallow Farm Campsite

喜欢 The location of the camping site is beautiful, the scenery and that it is isolated. Very peaceful. It was lovely waking up in the mornings and seeing the animals. The facility is very clean and highly maintained. The owners are friendly and lovely to talk to. They offered us marshmallows for our campfire and helped us getting our fire starter. They have a small shop which I recommend as we forget some stuff and their shop had what we need which saved us. Animals are friendly and very well kept. Highly recommend.

喜欢 Another amazing stay at Swallow farm.
The children loved feeding the alpacas and goats. The toys that are there for them are great. The owners are so friendly and thoughtful.

喜欢 We loved everything, from the animals to the facilities!
Lovely small site (just what we like), the owners were very welcoming, friendly and always on hand to help. The little honesty shop was helpful for essentials and the toilets and showers were clean, with warm water and always well stocked.
Location was good, we went to some local things but ventured for a full day out in Blackpool and also went to Waterworld one day too.

喜欢 Fantastic site, just visited for the bank holiday weekend and my 3 boys absolutely loved it. Owners Colin & Tracy are lovely and ours boys enjoyed helping them feed the animals. We can wait to return next season for a longer stay. Thanks again!

喜欢 We had a wonderful stay at this caravan park. It was a welcoming, family-friendly, atmosphere that made us felt very safe. The owners, a lovely lady and gentleman, were absolutely fabulous and made us feel right at home. The kids had a brilliant time, and we especially loved the fire pit options, which would have made the evenings extra special. Overall, it’s a well run, family feel, relaxing place that we will definitely be returning to.

不喜欢 The only small downside for us was how early the evenings went quiet. By around 10.20pm, most people had gone into their tents, and the site became extremely quiet. While this is a real positive for families and those wanting an early night, we would have preferred a slightly later wind-down time, perhaps closer to midnight, so we could have enjoyed a longer evening adult chat by the fire. That said, this was a minor point, and it wouldn’t stop us from coming back again.

喜欢 Super friendly, small, secure, level pitches, fenced paddock for dogs to run off lead, able to pet and feed the goats, alpacas, Shetland ponies and chickens, Pip the collie

喜欢 We absolutely love this site and come back every year. I will list below some of the reasons we love it so much.

Open field with no cars so perfect for children to play.
Secure field so safe for children to explore.
Large pitches.
Colin and Tracy are the best hosts.
Loads of animals which you can feed and interact with.
Small site.
Great location for days out with so much to do in surrounding area.
Perfect for families.
Quiet site.
Beautiful location with great views.
