With its focus on wellness practices, Chester Charm Retreats, on farmland five minutes’ drive from Chester, is all about simplicity and paring back so you can unwind in peaceful surroundings and experience off-grid living without electricity. Despite having no electricity, there are still a number of handy facilities to keep you firmly in the 21st century, including sustainable laundry and shower amenities. The grass pitches are nice and level, and the site welcomes couples, families and their dogs too – there’s plenty of room on the farm for general stretching of legs and paws. You can also hire bikes to explore further afield, while a regular bus service stops nearby and carries you into Chester city centre in around 10 minutes. Elevate your visit to Chester Charm Retreats with services tailored to enhance your wellbeing; soak up the peaceful ambiance on site and book in for a few rejuvenating activities like yoga, meditation or mindful barefoot walks through the fields.

喜欢 A real gem of a find. Lovely little field, nice and flat, well kept and clean.
Toilet and shower both spotless.
Firepits and wood allowed and avaliable to use if you don't have your own.

Shower trick...
If no hot water turn shower on, then follow the fence along till the gap and turn on the hose pipe. The shower will be lovely and warm.
Turn off when done.

The Owner is really, really lovely. Very welcoming and kind.

We're booking again in a few weeks time!

不喜欢 Drive past 3 times as no camping sign, just one for the equestrian business.
