喜欢: Friendly welcome, good size pitches. Staff on hand if needed. Feels very safe to let kids explore. During the week it was very quiet with empty pitches. We love that you can still have a fire.

喜欢: Shower blocks spotless, cleaned regularly, probably the best I’ve been too. Decent little shop not over priced. Overall had a good stay

不喜欢: The fact the pitches were literally on the side of the main road through the camp site, so you have to be on guard especially when you have little ones. We’re used to been on an open field but it wasn’t a huge issue.

喜欢: We had an amazing stay. Shower block was amongst the cleanest we have ever used whilst camping. The lady that cleans them does an amazing job. All staff were fabulous, nobody can do enough. The 2 parks were good, and activities excellent.

喜欢: Everything, very clean site. Pitches clearly numbered, staff very welcoming and informative of activities & site rules. Amenities block Very clean & tended to. Little shop which was stumbled with essentials. Waste disposal Point easily accessible & clean. Activities straight forward to book & reasonably priced.

Doncaster town centre with its market is a 20-minute drive away, or you could get one of the buses running regularly to there from the Hatfield high street. If you're at Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre and Campsite to be an active sort, head to the 25-metre pool, sports hall and gym of Thorne Leisure Centre 10 minutes away, to the Crookhill Park Golf Course half an hour's drive away, or to the 50 or so indoor and energetic activities of Doncaster Dome. Other good options in the area are the Yorkshire Wildlife Park eight miles from the site, Doncaster Racecourse, Pennines hikes to the county's west, a day out in Scunthorpe, or a wander around Yorkshire's many historic houses, like the halls of Normanby, Doddington and Brodsworth. Nature-spotting options are around at Humberhead Peatlands National Nature Reserve, home to over 5,000 species of plants and animals, and Potteric Carr Nature Reserve, with flocks of bitterns among other wading birds.

到店前7天内不得修改订单。

入住

不接受通过 Pitchup.com 预订的 3 个及以上的单元（例如帐篷、旅行大篷车、房车或供出租的装备）团体订单。
不接受通过 Pitchup.com 预订的女士/男士聚会。
营地仅接待家庭（直系成员）和情侣 - 不接受其他任何团体的预订。

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如果到店时接待处关闭，请在café办理入住。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。
营地将在您到店前7天向您发送更详细的入住信息。

安全

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
如需生火，必须在营地购买燃料、木头和煤炭。
禁止在湖里游泳。
禁止携带枪支。

接待处

从31/03到20/09，接待处上班时间为09:00到19:00。
营地没有接待处：到店后，请联系预订确认单上的电话号码。

狗

导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
狗不得进入主要场所和便利设施。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

税费

此区域不收取城市税。

访客

来宾必须在接待处登记并支付相应费用。
来宾车辆不得进入营地。
访客必须在20:00前离开露营场所。

车辆

从22:30至08:30不得有车辆运行。
只有在您驾驶旅行大篷车出行或带帐篷时，车费才包括在房费中。驾驶房车或野营车则不得入内。
商用车（用于工作相关用途（载货或搭载付费乘客）的车辆）和车身有广告的车辆不得入内。
露营单元旁仅可停放一辆汽车。其余车辆必须停放在指定区域。

通用条款

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
不得将Electric, battery-powered and motor-powered scooters and hoverboards带入营地。
从22:30}到09:00为安静时间，请务必遵守。
公共区域禁止吸烟。
如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
播放收音机、音乐播放器和电视播放器必须使用低音量。开关车门和车后行李箱时亦需轻声。
管理人员保留拒绝言行不当的宾客入内或终止其入住的权利。款项不予退还。
订单不得连续超过7个晚上。
订单具名，不得转让。
请注意，卫生间/淋浴设施不分性别。
这里属于安静营地：不允许播放音乐。

门票

18 岁以下人士必须由其父母或法定监护人陪同。
在接待处登记之后方可入内。

附加项

如果房费中包含车费并且不驾车，可以携带摩托车。

露营单元

Parents are requested not to allow children to use the amenities without adult supervision.

The Aquapark is open from 24 May, and dry and water activities are available from 27 April. Please note, however, that activities are subject to weather conditions and temperatures.
