喜欢 Welcome was friendly and informative. We discussed what appliances I had on board which might not work as the site has 6A electricity and my motorhome is 16A so I was reassured and not madevto feel dumb.
The gentleman came and showed me where to park and put planks under my wheels as it was soggy after the biblical volume of rain 🌧
He explained about the solar and wind turbine - I am interested in such things - one of the reasons I chose the site.
The grass was beautiful (albeit it wet) and the site was beautifully kept.
I loved that I could walk the dog out of the gate and let her run free - very close to Kielder Forest - super!!

喜欢 Beautiful eco friendly site, clean facilities, lovely hot showers. The owners were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Knowledgeable of the area. Good level field.

喜欢 Absolutely fantastic stay ; the owners, the facilities, the view ; everything was marvellous; and excellent value as well. Will definitely go again next year. Really good base for hiking and lots of places of interest to visit in the area.
不喜欢 Nothing to dislike , but be aware that the community run bar is only open 7-10 Friday to Sunday, and there is no other pub in walking distance.

We were running a bit late, text the site and they kindly stayed on and waited for us to arrive.
The pitch was good and we were grateful for the advice on where to go to avoid the wettest part.
We loved that the local social club was open to visitors, albeit we didn’t actually make it over there - but will next time.
Loved the winding drive through the forest to get there as well

喜欢 Very quiet site. Stonehaugh is a bit otherworldly, but I enjoyed my stay, did some nice walking around the village and surroundings. Site facilities are clean and I was happy to shower there.

喜欢 Really clean toilets & shower blocks. Really nice people running it (Rupert). Offered extension lead for electrical hook up which was a very nice touch. Well kept tidy site. Dog friendly. Definitely be going back.
