喜欢 The pitches are a good size and some have benches which is a good addition.
Facilities are very clean.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

喜欢 The site was well situated and well kept, the staff ans owners couldn't do enough to help. The morning café was a great idea and well priced. All the facilities were clean and well maintained and we would definitely come back again.

喜欢 Can’t praise this Tracy and Steve enough for the way the camp site is but the would like to keep it a secret so it’s not booked up next time we want to visit. The facilities on site from showers/ toilets and wash station is immaculate. The camp site is ideally situated for both walking and driving around local sites and we loved our stay. Hope to be back soon

喜欢 Lovely welcome from staff who talked us through the facilities and local attractions and walked us to our pitch. Fantastic views from our pitch. Nice and quiet, all campers observing the quiet times. Showers and washing up area very clean, nice coffees and bacon sandwiches in the morning. Very handy for hadriens wall, Roman museum and Vindolanda. Would definitely stay again.

喜欢 Best opinion is Tracy and Steve should be extremely proud of their campsite. They have managed to create a convivial atmosphere with a well balanced camping mix of Tents , Campervans and Motorhomes . (Many sites of late are overrun with large motorhomes) . The site within a short walk to Hadrians Wall , is lush greenery , trees and shrubs with many good views of surrounding hills . On arrival Tracy/Steve presented a map of the area with good walks to Haltwhistle , Hadrians wall (including Winsheild Hill the highest point of the whole wall ) Sycamore Gap and Vindolanda. To breakup each walk there are excellent local pubs . Campsite very clean and well maintained

不喜欢 Not really a dislike , but I do think Toilet and shower block is too small around the busy times

喜欢 Large well laid out pitches if you choose hard standing with grass. They all seemed to offer a level of privacy. Definitely the best pitch we’ve had. The hard standing only were smaller.
Site was well maintained. The owners were welcoming and gave us good walking routes etc. Facilities were clean.
Within walking distance of the Vindolanda museum, which was well worth the walk.

不喜欢 Not a dislike but could perhaps benefit from another facilities block which the owners are considering.
