喜欢 Absolutely brilliant site.

Val the host was absolutely amazing and very welcoming. Came round to make sure everything was OK and if we needed anything

We had the whole field to ourselves and loved the peace.
Facilities where very clean.

不喜欢 Nothing at all, exactly what it stated on potchup.

喜欢 Big flat field. Can park next to pitch. Easy to find and well signposted. Friendly owner. Clean toilet block. Quiet (I was the only person staying) Hedges hide the field well from the passing cars. Horses in the next field. Lots of paths nearby.

不喜欢 Traffic noise as next to the road but luckily not many cars late at night. No footpath to the nearby village but not their fault. No phone signal at all.

喜欢 We loved the campsite and the area it is in. The owner Val made us feel very welcome and was so knowledgeable about places to go, giving us some great suggestions. Her love of the area is evident in the way she speaks about it which is lovely. The site is well kept and clean and we will definitely be returning.

喜欢 Everything! Val is the best and couldn’t help enough. Pitches are a great size and plenty of room for kids to play too. Quiet site and located in a beautiful village.

不喜欢 Can’t fault it at all! We will be back!

喜欢 Lovely quiet site, friendly owners, clean facilities and affordable too and within a quick drive of York. Horses in adjacent field, tidy recycling and elson point

喜欢 We loved the simplicity of the PARK and the warm welcome from Joy, who came round every morning and evening to make sure everyone was happy. We really enjoyed the free use of a fire pit and the wood was very reasonably priced.

喜欢 Yes it was a.lovely site the owner was so friendly and welcoming nothing was too.much bother . She would always help with information on where to shop, where to eat, anything we asked she always there to help.if possible , and she always did. The price of the site is so reasonable even with electric

喜欢 Location is great and even though the facilities are basic(2 x toilets/2 x showers) they are clean and everything you need. Fire pits to borrow and logs to purchase at £5(large bag). Val and her Daughter were constantly walking around to see if everything was ok and if anyone needed any assistance.

不喜欢 The site is currently in the planning phase for an upgrade for their facilities which include improved showers/toilets and the addition of a dish washing facility.
