Only a small outdoor, uncovered washing up area
We had no electricity for a couple of hours and nothing was communicated to us.
They say no noise after 8pm however they had an event on in the secret garden which was very loud until 11pm.

喜欢 If you've got children this has to be the best site for them.

We appreciate your comments about the music - this was part of our special Dino Live event during half term and only takes place during the daytime, but we’ll definitely take your feedback on board regarding the volume.

In terms of the WiFi, the camping area has its own dedicated network, separate from the farm park. If it was the camping WiFi that didn’t reach your tent or wasn’t working properly, we’d be happy to look into it further – thank you for letting us know.

喜欢 The area is lovely and scenery from pitch was great.

On site farm great for the little ones, we did not visit as our children are a little older however, we did hear good reviews from fellow campers who had visited.

不喜欢 Advertised as no noise on site after 8pm, on a sunny evening I would never expect for this to be the case and I feel 10/11pm to be fair however one party playing music and being loud until well after midnight unchallenged spoilt the atmosphere.

We arrived back to our tent on day 2 to find a family had been allowed to pitch two full sized tents in the one pitch site and park their 2 cars either side leaving them incredibly close to our tent and practically driving over our guy ropes.

Both of which really did spoil our stay.

Add to that only 2 shower cubicles and 3 toilets to serve the whole camp and the washing up areas having no sort or roof/shelter left is very disappointed with our stay and we have no plans to ever return sadly.

喜欢 Great site, plenty of space on our pitch. Children had plenty of space to play. Other visitors were nice and friendly. Nice and quiet of an evening. Staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and we decided to cut our stay short this time but will definitely be returning when there is sunshine.
Would highly recommend this site to others.

喜欢 It was a very clean site and the staff manager was always on site and accommodating and friendly. Plenty of room on each pitch too. Everything was easily accessible and the toilet/shower/cleaning facilities look practically new.

不喜欢 Whilst it was dog friendly, the dogs were not allowed on any of the main site, only near your tent/van/field. So you couldn’t access any of the additional facilities.

Whilst I appreciate the park is a part of the farm facility, it would be great if the campsite users could access this as a part of their stay when the farm is closed at least ie 5pm onwards. Children being able to see it and not play on it when campers are cooking dinner etc is :(

Regarding your feedback on the dog policy, we completely understand how this might have been a bit limiting. Our main priority is the safety of our farm animals, which is why we ask that dogs remain only on the camping pitches and not in other shared areas. We appreciate your understanding on this.

As for the play park, thank you for the suggestion. It's great to hear that families are interested in using it during quieter times. However, as it’s part of the farm park (which closes at 4:30pm), we do have to consider safety and supervision, especially as there are no staff present after hours. We also want to be fair to day visitors who pay for access. That said, we’ll definitely take your feedback on board as we review how we operate in future.

Just a quick reminder that all campers currently receive 50% off entry to the farm park, which includes access to the play area during opening hours — we hope this adds value to your stay.

喜欢 It was clean, lots of space, good size pitches that were all numbered made it easy to find where we were going. Friendly staff who were around if any issues. Clean facilities with enough soap and loo roll.

不喜欢 Could do with more toilets and showers for the size of the site.

喜欢 Friendly warden on site all the time. Toilets and showers were clean. Only 3 toilets and 2showers though. Didn’t go to the farm but discounted entry with camping.
Bell tents looked nice but need to book extra welcome pack to get extras like kettle.

不喜欢 Could need more toilets and showers in busy times. Had to queue for shower one morning.

喜欢 The place is quiet and relaxing. Great location close to tourist destinations.

不喜欢 Needs a longer cable for hookup.
Only one toilet for women and one toilet for men.
