喜欢 Everything, we had a lovely camping weekend. Our little girl enjoyed the freedom of being able to independently explore the park. (We were based within eyesight of the park)

喜欢 Great family site. Very clean toilets & facilities. Very quiet location too. Large pitches

不喜欢 I don't understand why all toilet & wash up facilities are located by the caravans & lodges, the majority of which have their own facilities. The tent sites were quite a distance & as someone who has mobility issues I found this extremely difficult & don't feel I could return for that reason.

We’re sorry to hear the location of your pitch made things more difficult for you. If mobility issues are mentioned at the time of booking, we can usually allocate a pitch closer to the facilities to make things easier. Hopefully this means that if you choose to return, we’ll be able to offer a pitch that better suits your needs.

喜欢 Clean and tidy site

不喜欢 The site is set up for static caravans and tourers as the toilet and shower facilities are situated at that end of the site.
Other camps had taken their own toilet set up and would recommend doing the same.

Our facilities are positioned so that both touring and camping guests can use them, but we do understand that some campers choose to bring their own set-up for convenience. 喜欢 Clean and well maintained site

不喜欢 Toilets to far from tent campsite,pitch size too small and is definitely not dog friendly….no ware on site to exercise dogs.Dogs have to be tied up all the time even if you need the toilet dogs have to be tied up outside the building.Shop very under stocked which is a shame as main supermarket miles away.

We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we do have rules in place regarding dogs on site and quiet hours in the evenings. These are communicated in advance and apply equally to everyone staying with us. While we understand this may not have suited your needs on this occasion, we hope you were still able to enjoy your time exploring the surrounding area.

喜欢 Beautiful site, loads of space between pitches, great service getting a pitch next to our friends, easy to book and access, lovely park for the kids, excellent facilities in the shower/toilet/washing up block, friendly staff.

Pitch sizes can sometimes feel different depending on personal preference, but many guests do comment on how spacious they find them. All pitches meet the space requirements we’re obliged to follow, so we hope you’ll feel comfortable returning again in the future.

喜欢 The camp site, the showers, washing up areas and chemical disposing were immaculate. The staff in the shop were lovely. An ideal base to go sight seeing the lovely Yorkshire coast and countryside

不喜欢 Could do with toilets on the tent field especially when going at night

needs to be specific of where they should park , maybe state should be parked at side of tent on allocated pitch as it was like a car park as people were parking anywhere especially when visitors arrived, maybe they should park in car park as not very safe for all the children playing and restricts their playing spaces
Could do with a small toilet block at the tent end of site

We do ask guests to park on their allocated pitch, and to help keep numbers down, there’s an additional charge for extra cars. Safety is very important to us, particularly with children playing, and your comments are useful as we continue to make sure this is clear to everyone on arrival.

喜欢 nice spacious pitches and safe area for kids to play the playground was all looked after and the kids loved it, shower block and laundry/ wash up facilities were spotless and warm.
the staff were all lovely and went out of there way to make our stay feel welcome.

不喜欢 kids were a little put out about wifi not been available, but i wasn't bothered and in the end just hotspotted them to my phone for the hour a day they ended up using it

WiFi is available closer to the main facilities, but we do find a lot of families enjoy the chance to switch off a little while they’re here. It sounds like your hotspot solution worked well for the kids when needed.
