喜欢: The welcome from the owner, David & his wife. Absolutely diamonds ! Provided their unique interpretation of the local events & also detailed area & town maps.
不喜欢: Absolutely nothing! We will definitely use the Lakeside site everytime we visit Pickering in the future.

喜欢: Dave & Elaine are fantastic hosts. Site very clean and tidy. Flat pitches. Excellent location. 10 minute walk into Pickering.
不喜欢: No toilet block. Ok for overnight stay but not for me if any longer. No showers either but that was not an issue. There was some road noise but that’s a trade off with the location. Overall enjoyed our stay.

喜欢: This is a spotless site, well maintained and easily accessed from the road. Having never towed or stayed in a caravan before we cannot thank Dave the owner enough for his help and support. Everything we needed was close at hand including a watering can which we hadn’t thought about. Pickering is a short walk away and has plenty of cafe’s, pubs and restaurants to choose from. The church is a must to explore and the little market on Monday sells fab local produce. The site is a great base from which to visit York, Malton, Whitby etc. We have had a wonderful stay and will stay here again.

喜欢: Owners David and Elaine were there to greet us with a warm welcome . Such a friendly couple , they gave us lots of information. The site is maintained to a high level . With pretty borders . Excellent location to walk into Pickering.
不喜欢: As site is positioned just off the A170(which is stated in information) there is some traffic noise .
