Centrally located, easy to access and with far-reaching views over 200 acres of fields – Keld Knowle Farm Holidays is a convenient and scenic site for ticking off the top attractions of North Yorkshire. This working dairy farm is in Wrelton on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, between the pretty villages of Sinnington and Pickering (five minutes’ drive). Wanders in dramatic landscapes can certainly be had around here, as you can head off on ambles or cycle rides right from the gates; one of the area’s best routes is a day-long journey through woods and fields with stop-offs at local watering holes along the way. Don’t mind driving? Destinations within 10 minutes by car include Pickering Castle, the North York Moors Steam Railway and Beck Isle Museum. Horse riding is available close to the park too if you’d rather trot through the countryside. Tuckered out after spending hours out in the open air? Return to the farm and settle in to watch the cows and tractors at work (safe in the knowledge you won’t be asked to give anyone a hand…). This family-friendly site also does the basics right with stone roads for smooth driving, handy electric hook-ups, a smart bathroom block with underfloor heating, and easy access to drinking water. A pub is in Wrelton for eats, and the village also has a bus stop and a play area; a well-serviced shop and petrol station are a couple of miles away in Middleton. Meanwhile, pizzas are available on Tuesday and Friday evenings throughout the high season.

喜欢 All of it, location and facilities..No frills and that's fine. We were greeted by the lady from Alberta who kindly gave us some advice .

不喜欢 Not so much disliked but an observation..The site is accessed by a fast road and in the dark an illuminated sign or marker would help.I have good eyes but drove past the entrance..

喜欢 This is a well kept site, the facilities are good and really clean wirh the nicest shower block of any sitr Ive been too. Its a quiet site and there are pubs that accept dogs within easy walking distance. Great little site!

不喜欢 The pitch was on a slight slope so the van needed leveling.. this is so minor!

喜欢 The shower block.. warm and spotlessly clean.

喜欢 Price, Layout of site, toilet block area, how peaceful the site is and the interaction with animals

不喜欢 Not exactly a dislike but the only nit pick would be the shower can get really hot so for young children it could be a little to much but other than that the site is spot on

喜欢 Lovely pitches on a very friendly farm. Toilet/shower block was excellent with instantly hot water in the showers and underfloor heating. All the facilities were of a high standard, well thought out and well maintained. Great dog walks from the site.

喜欢 We stayed two nights in a camper on hard standing pitch, this is a lovely place with stunning views, the owner is so friendly and welcoming as she gave us an excellent farm tour including cows milking process, gave us information about animals, local walks and everything we asked. The place is very clean and peaceful, easy to find.
We really enjoyed our stay.
