喜欢: Lovely staff - so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Facilities very clean. Quiet and really well organised site. Some really handy on site extras like the cafe and ice pack freezer.

不喜欢: Nothing really. Would have preferred a hook on the back of toilet doors for handbag. And a microwave in the kitchen/ wash up area.

喜欢: The site actually reaching out by email beforehand and again actually on the day of our arrival explaining everything, what to expect, directions and instructions upon arrival in a very friendly and professional manner. On arrival we were very impressed with the look and layout of the site. Staff were very welcoming explaining where everything was and even walked us to our pitch for the weekend. The site, amminities, cafe and reception were immaculate. Beautiful countryside all around, the wonderful town of Masham with all it's lovely welcoming pubs and breweries, whatore could you ask for.

喜欢: Great site in an area of outstanding beauty loved our visit. The shepherds Hut had everything we needed it was very clean and decorated beautifully The hole site is spotless. And the cafe on site was a bonus. Staff friendly and gave excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.

It's really quite a breeze to get to Ripon (20 minutes' drive) – the cathedral city can be reached by car simply by driving south for a while down the A6108, and there’s also a bus service that departs from Masham several times daily that should get you there in about half an hour. Want a sense of what it was like to be banged up in the 1800s? Make tracks for Ripon’s well-reviewed Prison and Police Museum. Fountains Abbey (25 minutes) is another must-see for all fans of history. The 12th-century abbey itself was all but destroyed during the dissolution of the monasteries under Henry VIII, but its striking ruins still stand today against a brilliant backdrop of 800 acres of meticulously-tended water gardens. For food-focused jaunts, meanwhile, you could set your sights on Pateley Bridge (30 minutes), home to The Oldest Sweet Shop in the World (certified by no less an authority than Guinness World Records), or alternatively stick to savoury flavours in Hawes (50 minutes), where cheese is on the agenda at Wensleydale Creamery.

营地仅接待家庭（直系成员）和情侣 - 不接受其他任何团体的预订。

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。

安全

可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
建议住客自行携带高质量手电筒，因为部分营地区域没有照明。
禁止在干燥、多风和/或炎热的天气条件下生火、烧烤和/或烧篝火。
禁止携带枪支。

接待处

从01/06到30/09，接待处上班时间为10:00到17:00。
从02/03到31/05以及01/10到30/11，接待处上班时间为10:30至16:30。

接待处的关闭时间为00:00到00:00。这段时间不接待客人。

狗

导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
必须给狗狗纹身或植入芯片。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

租用露营住处

入住出租屋的客人必须自带羽绒被、枕头、床单和毛巾。若未携带这些物品，则不允许过夜。
离开时单元必须干净整洁，如若离店时单元未清洁，将收取 £25.00 (¥230.26)的罚款。

访客

来宾必须在接待处登记并支付相应费用。
来宾车辆不得进入营地。
访客禁止进入营地。

车辆

只有在您驾驶旅行大篷车出行或带帐篷时，车费才包括在房费中。如果您希望在房车或野营车之外再驾驶一辆车，请选择附加项。
商用车（用于工作相关用途（载货或搭载付费乘客）的车辆）和车身有广告的车辆不得入内。
欧洲大陆产的旅行大篷车（乘客门在右侧的大篷车）不得入内。
露营单元旁仅可停放一辆汽车。其余车辆必须停放在指定区域。

通用条款

Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch. 只有在营地能够成功转租您预订的装置/单元时，方可于所示取消期内退款。
不得将Firepits, gazebos, event shelters and festival tents带入营地。
从22:30}到08:30为安静时间，请务必遵守。

播放收音机、音乐播放器和电视播放器必须使用低音量。开关车门和车后行李箱时亦需轻声。
管理人员保留拒绝言行不当的宾客入内或终止其入住的权利。款项不予退还。
订单不得连续超过21个晚上。
通过 Pitchup.com 进行预订时不得使用折扣卡和礼券。

门票

18 岁以下人士必须由其父母或法定监护人陪同。

必须至少有一名成员年满21周岁或以上。

附加项

如果房费中包含车费并且不驾车，可以携带摩托车。

露营单元

搭建帐篷/露营单元及相关设备时必须遵循管理人员指示。
电气连接需要一根至少10米的电缆。
请注意，小帐篷仅用于存放物品。客人不可在里面睡觉。
除非事先与管理人员商定，否则单元内应时刻有人。如有相关需求请告知接待处，营地可能会对无人看守的单元收取一定费用。

Charcoal can only be bought on-site as it has to be of a specific type.

Barbecues must be extinguished by 10.30pm.
