喜欢: Very warm welcome from Katie and the firepit/bbq was great. Lovely little coffee shop selling cakes and pastries. Clean toilets and showers although very busy first thing in the morning. Nice level pitches. We would definitely return.

不喜欢: The weather lol! We had to leave a day early because of the insane wind!!

喜欢: Location to Hornsea and surrounding areas. Friendly staff who pointed us to our pitch on entry.

不喜欢: Bins were somewhat of a walk. No WiFi onsite.

喜欢: This is a really well laid out and kept site.
Initially welcomed and shown to our pitch, though had been sent comprehensive pre stay info with allocated pitch number.
Hardstanding pitch was level, well kept and spacious.
We could also park our car alongside our pitch...used it on a windy/ rainy day to go to nearby coastal villages & towns.
You do need rock pegs if using an awning or windbreak etc.
Clean toilet/shower block and easily accessible waste and water facilities available...all with a "green" ethos.
Site has plenty info around it for nearby activities and also occasional ice cream & food vans.
Had a few nice coffees from onsite cafe too!
Best part was very close & easy access to Rail Trail, walks into Hornsea and the Mere...we took our bikes and boots and spent a good few days at White Cottage Holiday Park.
We will definitely return when can.

喜欢: Loved the facilities the lay out the access to everything in shirt walking distance. Close to Hornsea and mappleton was so nice and really enjoyed it. Will book again for sure

喜欢: Very clean facilities, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Quiet at night. Lots of pitch space, and space between pitches. Price was good and fair for services provided. Dogs are welcome on a lead, though not all campers stuck to this!

不喜欢: Would look great with some shrubs and hedging perhaps to break up the pitches a bit, but looks like they've started planting as sit seems quite new. No one there on arrival and no one answered on the phone number provided, but we found our pitches with no problem

喜欢: Very clean and tidy. All looks like new. Well spaced with plenty of space between slots.

不喜欢: could have more bushes, trees to give a bit more privacy.

喜欢: How clean and peaceful it all was, very easy on arrival and departure.

不喜欢: Wasn’t given a map or told where we could find one for the site. It said there was a coffee hut that opened 8:30-2pm but it wasn’t open at all but not the end of the world but would have been nice to have a coffee and cake.

不喜欢: Lack of bins .Did not even have one in the pot wash area to scrape your pates into .People were using the one in the shower block .

喜欢: Wonderful site, close to Hornsea Town centre and the sea, everywhere immaculate (toilets, showers, cafe etc) , lovely lady owner, so friendly and accommodating, site is pristine, easy access to walking and biking trail, cannot wait to come again

喜欢: On-site facilities are well presented, modern and always clean, with the bonus of an excellent coffee shop within an old railway goods carriage. There's plenty of open space for the kids to play and with it being secluded, it's also safe. There's access to the Trans Pennine Trail at the back of the site which with a brisk walk puts you into Hornsea within 15-20 minutes. Check-in was effortless, and we were able to extend our stay with a late check-out, which just takes the stress out of packing up the awning!

Thank you to Katie and all her team for another excellent stay, we will be back again next year...
