喜欢: The cleanliness and heating of the facilities and the well laid out, level pitches. It was very quiet and yet close to lots of lovely places.

喜欢: Lovely lady met us at the gate told us what number we were to pitch at and it was a lovely site. hedging for extra privacy was lovely it was a quiet site and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay toilets/showers were lovely and clean with heated floors . we visited Lavenham ,Sudbury, Ipswich, Clacton on sea, crazy golf was great then Bury st Edmond’s which was a beautiful town very clean and parking was free in all we had a great time with lots to see and something for everyone, we will definitely visit this caravan site again.

喜欢: Underfloor hearing in toilet block- it was a cold week. Nice pitches with lots of hedging.

不喜欢: Wifi was hit and miss but that may have been beneficial!

喜欢: Arrival welcome. Layout of the site. Facilities available. ‘Central’ pitches sectioned off with mature hedging for privacy.

不喜欢: Appreciate that the Reception could not always be staffed but would have preferred a bell to ring or an honesty box for purchases rather than call a mobile number for assistance.

喜欢: The whole site! Great shower/toilet facilities. Grounds kept tidy and trimmed. Greeted at the gate with a full explanation of facilities and directed to our pitch which was hard standing and grass. Lovely and peaceful and well worth a visit.

喜欢: A very warm welcome on arrival and a lovely peaceful location to relax next to the van whilst getting some work done on my laptop. I had Bonnie, my English Springer Spaniel with me and loved the walks right from the campsite. The facilities, showers, toilet etc are very clean and well maintained.

不喜欢: Not a major criticism, but a little close to the road, so some vehicle noise into the evening and early morning due to commuters. I do sleep in a VW Campervan pop up roof, so likely not to be an issue in a standard Motorhome or caravan.

Pretty Suffolk villages to explore include Kersey (five minutes’ drive) with its half-timbered houses and thatched cottages, while Lavenham (20 minutes) has a stunning guildhall and fine 14th-century church. For a bit of a date night, Ipswich (25 minutes) has lots of bars and restaurants along its lively waterfront, as well as a theatre and cinema. There are pretty country yomps along the River Stour to Flatford Mill (25 minutes) and Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (20 minutes) in Constable Country. You can see another artist’s house on the walking trail from National Trust-owned Melford Hall (20 minutes) to Sudbury (15 minutes), which takes in three old water mills and Thomas Gainsborough’s house en route. Looking for animal encounters on your rural break? Feed lambs (in season), groom horses and cuddle up to friendly donkeys at Baylham House Rare Breeds Farm, or get up close to the reptiles, creepy crawlies and butterflies at Jimmy’s Farm and Wildlife Park (both half an hour). Or how about touring a couple of local vineyards? Giffords Hall (half an hour) and Burnt House (45 minutes) are both open for tours and tastings – it’s best to book in advance.

入住

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。

安全

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。

接待处

接待处17:00下班。如果您预计在此时间之后到店，请在路上告知公园，以便团队提供有关您的露营单元/场地的信息。

狗

导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

访客

访客禁止进入营地。

车辆

从00:00至05:30不得有车辆运行。
商用车（用于工作相关用途（载货或搭载付费乘客）的车辆）和车身有广告的车辆不得入内。
装置长度不允许超过8米。

通用条款

从23:00}到07:00为安静时间，请务必遵守。
如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
播放收音机、音乐播放器和电视播放器必须使用低音量。开关车门和车后行李箱时亦需轻声。
管理人员保留拒绝言行不当的宾客入内或终止其入住的权利。款项不予退还。
订单具名，不得转让。

18岁以下孩童不得进入营地。
在接待处登记之后方可入内。
所有在公园留宿的宾客必须于接待处出示身份证件并在登记表上签字。

露营单元

搭建帐篷/露营单元及相关设备时必须遵循管理人员指示。
