喜欢 Great place to switch off. Excellent accomodation facilities, perfect place to relax, great facilities for kids,(playground, football goals, basketball, table tennis), she was very happy and active.
Very calming surroundings, small lake, beautiful view for a short walk with dog. Most liked donkey 🙏

喜欢 It was a relaxing weekend at Heathside Holidays, we stayed in the Glamping Pod and one of the advantages was that we had the toilet and shower inside and another advantage was that we had a small but accessible kitchen and a small TV. The fridge is small so if you want more space to keep something cold it is better to bring a cooler. Around there is a lots of green space with a lots of activities.
The price seems a bit high considering you have to bring all camping equipment minus the tent (linen, sleeping bags, pillows, cooking equipment, etc.) and unfortunately during our entire stay we had no WiFi connection at all.
Considering that we pay such a price for a Pod, they should be more attentive to the small details such as for example: the table in the Pod has a broken part, the floor is damaged and the space next to the kitchen sink has a lot of marks and aesthetically it looks disgusting and the tap is full of limescale, the fire blanket is full of marks, a lots of cobwebs everywhere and you should do something with the WiFi connection because as I mentioned earlier we had no connection at all during our stay.
These are a few small details to solve but otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

喜欢 Fantastic open areas for games with daughters and grandkids who stayed in lodges close by. Area is well kept and touring pitches a good size with some privacy hedges between. No hiccups with water, waste or electric, all working fine. Great little shop on site and other ameanities great (could probably do with an extra gents cubicle if site fully occupied with 16 pitches but fine while we were there). Got a good welcome on arrival and staff friendly and professional. Great location for the Suffolk coast and Southwold only 15 mins by car. Great pubs all within a short drive. It’s our second stay in the last two summers and we will be back for sure. Thanks Heathside 👍

喜欢 Pod was very clean and tidy,we booked 1 pod and 4 huts all was well organised.

不喜欢 We had some bad experiences as we went there for fun and recreation but there was a lady next to us came and shouted with us in front of the kids,where we we not making any noise just doing BBQ and Pitch fire but obviously we were a big group .it was only 10:30 as you know summer time night starts very late so I think you should make your quiet zone at summer 12pm instead of 10 as we do glamping for pitch fire so we should get at least a bit time for enjoy.

来自经理: I'm afraid we had several complaint about the noise from your group very late into the early hours of the morning, the lady was quite right to ask you to keep the noise down at midnight!

All campsites have a 10.00pm noise curfew and we will continue with this this.

喜欢 Good sized pitches, lots of room for the kids to play and and explore, the shop is fully stocked with all the necessities at a good price
