喜欢 Fourth time here this year. Perfect place for us to spend a couple of nights.
Good toilet and shower block plus plenty of space on the field to park up.
The walks from the campsite take you around fields then into woodland at Thornham Walks where the cafe does a fabulous cream tea. The walled garden sells well priced plants.
10 minutes further and you are at a pub with good beer and super food.

喜欢 I had the field to myself, a tap with drinking water and a sink near by, lovely woodland and quite, all the amenities close by lovely and clean.

喜欢 Really enjoyed our stay here, the pizza oven was lots of fun to use and make your own stone baked pizzas. Lots of space around pitches. Beautiful walks locally. The owner Jess is lovely and super helpful too. The onsite shop was well stocked. The use of the communal kitchen is really handy especially if it’s raining.

喜欢 The whole campsite was delightful. The grass for camping was flat and had a number of picnic tables dotted around to make use of. The camp kitchen with 2 gas hobs, electric plugs, and plenty of seating under cover is a great touch. The washrooms were clean and tidy, with good water pressure. Very much loved teh hobbit houses and the shepahrds hut, woudl be fun to stay in one of those.

喜欢 We loved this campsite, one of the best we have stayed. Very helpful, love the small shop on site. Toilets and showers are very clean. The owner is on site, if anything is needed. We had a lovely walk around the site, great for kids, if u want them off the tablet lol. We borrow a couple bikes and rode out to Eye. Great for walks. Nice pub down the road. We are coming back next year for a few stays and bringing family.

不喜欢 There was nothing to dislike. We only suggest a few lights in places, when walking around at night & welcome board with info on hiring fire pits etc as didn't want to keep bothering the owner.

喜欢 My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. We had a lovely pitch with electric. The showers and toilets were very clean with hot water from the showers and sink taps. I loved the little touches like hand wash at each sink and at the kitchen sinks there was washing liquid, sponges and tea towels. We borrowed a fire pit and bought wood from the little shop and sat out in the evening with a cosy fire. Also there was a lovely walk from the campsite to Thornham Walks park which is also a must visit. Highly recommend this campsite for a peaceful few nights escape. Shout out to Jess who was very accommodating and helpful.

喜欢 Everything! Clean facilities, showers and toilets were of a very high standard as were the shared washing up and cooking areas. The best thing was the nature and the walks, one stay was not enough so I plan to return soon.
