喜欢 Friendly owners , lovely amenities and a nice quiet spacious pitch would book again

喜欢 The size of the pitch was generous.
The toilet and shower facilities were modern, clean and the best we have experienced yet.
There are always plenty of staff around to help with any queries.
The children’s playground was a great hit with both children and parents too!

不喜欢 There isn’t anywhere walkable and the WiFi is non existent.

喜欢 - good sized pitches
- thoughtful and clean facilities
- very good children's playground
- well stocked shop

不喜欢 - lack of shade on most pitches
- a noticeably strange vibe from management from arrival - "friendly" on the face of it but very unnecessarily aggressive if you accidentally infringe signage that isn't clear or visible.
- since experiencing this saw many reviews citing extreme aggression of manager so this has totally put me off visiting again as a lone parent with my young son.

喜欢 A well located, level, and very peaceful (for our stay) site. The facilities are excellent and immaculate. We were slightly disappointed to find the shop/cafe was not open, but made good use of the nearby bakery/cafe. Our pitch was very large.

不喜欢 The WiFi did not extend to our touring pitch.

喜欢 The park was fabulous for the kids and the staff were so welcoming and helpful from the minute we drove in.

The toilets and showers were exceptionally clean and really well maintained.

喜欢 We were both very pleased with this camp site. Staff friendly and helpful. The shop was good and reasonable prices. Toilets and shower very clean.
Didn’t have children with us this time but if we did we know they would have loved the playground.
Added bonus that you could order food.
We were in a truck with a roof top tent so in a motor home pitch. The size was very good.
Close to some very nice picturesque villages. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend this camp site

不喜欢 Something very small but couldn’t move the shower heads and as they were very close the the wall was a bit awkward but like I said very minor

喜欢 Hay Wood Farm is a beautiful site - it’s very well maintained and quiet. The pitches are huge and we had plenty of space. The facilities (toilets, showers, washing up room etc) are all excellent and very clean. Really appreciated the little cafe and shop which stocks lots of essentials. We brought our dog, who loved the off-lead field for his morning and evening walks. The site is well situated, enabling us to explore lots of local walks and the Suffolk coast during our stay. This has quickly become one of our favourite sites and we hope to visit again soon.

不喜欢 The nearby clay pigeon shooting range was a little annoying at times, but we were able to tune it out. This didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay, but it’s something to bear in mind if noise bothers you. Also, the WiFi doesn’t extend to pitches and is only available near the cafe/shop, while 4G/5G signal is poor given the site’s rural location. We didn’t care as we purposefully go on this kind of holiday for a digital detox and to ‘unplug’, but lack of connectivity might be a frustration for others.

喜欢 Absolutely loved the site, well organised, very tidy , the toilets and shower blocks were very clean
I have passed on the address details of the site to other friends who are interested in camping etc
