喜欢 Pitch was a good size, the owner was very helpful and informative a out the campsite. Toilets were clean. Would stay again.

喜欢 Location is incredible. Staff are friendly. Some flat pitches. Quiet site. Family friendly, cafe near by. Great having use of firepits. Close to watersports.

不喜欢 Toilets were horrendous; dirty, overflowing and pungent. Someone was pitched on our planned pitch. Prices seemed high for the apparent lack of amenities.

We're sorry you had this experience with our toilets, they are portaloos and we do our best to keep on top of them, in fact we regularly get comments about how clean they are. However, in times like the August bank holiday (when I believe you stayed) the toilets get well used; so sorry if our usual standards had slipped. We're glad that despite this, you would still visit again and we look forward to that.

喜欢 We loved the secluded feel to it, lovely setting by the lake and lovely coffee van for free coffees in the morning! Lovely rangers that are always happy to help and check up on you every so often which is sweet

不喜欢 The lack of facilities (showers/ washing basins etc)

喜欢 Quiet & simple campsite with lovely fellow campers closer to canoe hire & woodfordes brewery :) climbing frame & woods to explore for the kids. Cheap!

不喜欢 The stupid idiot party boats coming through the broads at kids bedtime blaring music ( thankfully only lasted 10mins)

喜欢 Lovely spot, beautiful views and friendly staff. As long as you accept this is a basic campsite with limited facilities, it’s a great place.

来自经理: Thanks for your lovely review. Apologies about the portaloos, we had some issues the past weekend, so apologies.

喜欢 Location was great especially as we took a kayak so being right by the water was wonderful. We felt our children could play safely in the areas around the campsite and they were mostly still within earshot too. Small campsite and quiet despite pitches being closer together than we've had with other sites. We stayed for several nights so showers would have completed the stay but we knew they weren't provided and prepared for it accordingly.

不喜欢 Not being able to take your car to the pitch to offload/load is a real downside, especially as no wheelbarrows are provided. Toilets needed soap refilling more often and got quite smelly at times so more regular cleaning would be appreciated.

We had some issues with people pitching between posts instead of in front of them. This meant two different sets of guests were using some of our space (one immediately next to us!?) and we felt they were in our personal space. A notice on each post explaining how to pitch correctly would be helpful and ensure everyone gets the space and privacy they're entitled to.

喜欢 The site was very clean. Cars aren't allowed by the tents which felt very safe for the kids. It's right next to the broad for water activities and the kids really enjoyed the play area next to the site.

不喜欢 No one was there when we arrived and another camper had to tell us where to go to find the ranger. No showers.
