喜欢 We were made very welcome by the hosts.
The location is quiet and picturesque, yet close enough to explore the surrounding area. Lovely to meet Audrey who has a wealth of recommendations to places to walk, eat and enjoy.
The site is perect for families, groups and couples alike.
Good camp fires and hot showers.
Whilst the wigam has everything you need, the communal kitchen and dining area was a real bonus when the weather turned.

喜欢 Clean facilities which are well set up for families including hot showers. The kitchen area was well stocked and useful when it rained.
The host gave us free charcoal and firewood, and she was very pleasant and helpful which really made our stay feel more special.
Nice considerate touches such as a communal fire area where we enjoyed chatting with other families.
Lots of space for our child to play with other children and good dog walking in the surrounding fields.
All in all an excellent site and we'd definitely go back again.

喜欢 Bed is comfortable and wigwam had everything we need. Great for 2 of us, would have been tight for 4. Having use of the well equipped kitchen with freezer to make ice and cook breakfast was a real bonus. Great spot for us to explore rivers with our Kayak. Audrey is a mine of local information for places to visit and eat. It would be great on a list or map as it was hard to remember all her suggestions. Only additions would be some hooks and comfy chairs outside.

喜欢 We had such a wonderful stay at Wolferlow Wigwams with my wife, my mum and our two dogs.

The place is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, quiet and far away from the busy city, which was exactly what we were looking for. Waking up each morning to the sunshine and the sound of birds singing was the perfect way to relax and recharge our batteries.

A huge thank you to Audrey, the lovely owner, who clearly puts her whole heart into making sure guests have the best possible stay. She welcomed us every day with a smile and always checked if we had everything we needed.

It’s a truly special place, perfect for anyone looking to slow down, enjoy nature and spend quality time with loved ones. We would happily come back again.

喜欢 The wigwam, toilets and kitchen were all very clean.

We made the large double bed up and had a very comfortable 3 nights sleep with our son

The owner was very friendly, she made sure to drop by every day to make sure all was well, to catch up with our day and ensure we had all we needed

There were amazing walks straight from our doorstep

The picnic benches were an asset as we didn’t have space to take our own outdoor seating but we did miss having them, so if you can take your own I’d definitely recommend it

喜欢 Audrey is so lovely. The site is beautifullt maintained. We stayed in "Running Water" Wigwam and it's highly recommended. Truly a beautiful place in am idyllic spot to just get away from it all

喜欢 It was lovely, quiet and peaceful.
The shower block and toilet was nicely kept and clean.

The wigwams were basic but clean and had a toaster, kettle, microwave and heater.
Was warm and cozy, and was bright and airy with 3 windows to open wide, and a split door to just open the top of the door to keep kids/pets inside or the entire door.
A BBQ and firepit supplied and a fridge, and smaller freezer on the top.

Having a kitchen; guests can use to prepare, cook and wash up was great and a indoor seating area.

不喜欢 Pitch Black at night and couldn't even see where you were going, which was dangerous -even with a bright large torch.

No enough plug sockets.
No little reading lamp (above or next to the bed) for a dim light, just a big bright light.

Not having a toilet in them let's it down, especially with disabled children -they had to go out in the middle of the night in the pitch Black to the porta-toilet behind the wigwam and being scared.

The main bright light wouldn't dim and kept of flashing really fast and brightly and my step daughter is Autistic and has ADHD and this affected her.

Not being able to park next to the wigwam and have to park across the field.

Loads and loads of fly's everywhere and full of them in the wigwam and buzzing around and landing on us constantly.

Not liking having to take bedding and make all the beds up on arrival, everywhere else we've been has beds made on arrival.

The roads being dirt tracks and like offroading and very uneven grounds.
A lot of it is overgrown, messy and unkept behind shower blocks and kitchen etc.

After advertising there was logs available to buy, we got there and they didn't have any so we had to go out and travel to nearest town to purchase some.
