喜欢: Quiet, clean and well presented, friendly staff

不喜欢: Although the pitch was described as level it did in fact have a slope which meant having to use blocks to try and level it front to back. Not all pitches slope however.

喜欢: Welcome to the pitch. The overall maintenance of the site was awesome. The toilet and shower block were outstanding. The access to local walks was perfect.

不喜欢: The distance to walk to the shower and toilet block in inclement weather.

喜欢: Super friendly and helpful staff who run a very well presented site, all areas kept immaculate. Great access to the river for walks and the common across the road provides another extensive area to walk.

喜欢: Everything about the site was perfect.Wonderful hosts and immaculate site with spotless shower and toilet facilities. Had a splendid couple of days and will definitely return in the future.

Stroll along the canal to the town of Stourport-on-Severn (and past moored boats that will make you seethe/weep with envy) for shops, restaurants and a riverside recreation area with pleasure rides, crazy golf, bowling, putting greens and self-drive boats. Stourport was once a thriving inland port, and the Stourport Canal Basins tell the tale of their heyday in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. They've recently been restored and now have pubs, cafés and restaurants to sup in and watch the boats going through the locks, as well as their five basins with listed houses and warehouses alongside around a hundred narrowboats and yachts. Also nearby for heritage hunters are the Severn Valley Railway, Bewdley Working Museum, Hartlebury Castle (with the Worcestershire County Museum), Witley Court and Harvington Hall. Ancientness of a natural sort is highly recommended at Wyre Forest, while wildlife hunters can trek around the West Midlands Safari Park for over 165 species, a safari drivethrough and a theme park.

到店前15天内不得修改订单。

入住

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。

安全

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。

接待处

如果到店时接待处关闭：请联系预订确认单上的号码。
接待处17:00下班。如果您预计在此时间之后到店，请在路上告知公园，以便团队提供有关您的露营单元/场地的信息。

狗

必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

访客

来宾必须在接待处登记并支付相应费用。
访客必须在20:30前离开露营场所。

车辆

从00:00至08:00不得有车辆运行。
只有在您驾驶旅行大篷车出行或带帐篷时，车费才包括在房费中。如果您希望在房车或野营车之外再驾驶一辆车，请选择附加项。
商用车（用于工作相关用途（载货或搭载付费乘客）的车辆）和车身有广告的车辆不得入内。
汽车/摩托车不得停在露营场所/单元旁。所有车辆必须停放在指定区域。

通用条款

从22:30}到08:00为安静时间，请务必遵守。
如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
播放收音机、音乐播放器和电视播放器必须使用低音量。开关车门和车后行李箱时亦需轻声。
管理人员保留拒绝言行不当的宾客入内或终止其入住的权利。款项不予退还。
订单不得连续超过28个晚上。
订单具名，不得转让。

门票

16岁以下孩童不得进入营地。

附加项

如果房费中包含车费并且不驾车，可以携带摩托车。

露营单元

搭建帐篷/露营单元及相关设备时必须遵循管理人员指示。
除非事先与管理人员商定，否则单元内应时刻有人。如有相关需求请告知接待处，营地可能会对无人看守的单元收取一定费用。

其他条款

Either one awning or one pup tent is permitted per pitch but not both.

Fishing is free of charge; please bring your own equipment.

Please be advised that the washroom facilities may not be suitable for everyone during the colder months as they are not heated.

There is a gentle slope prior to the washroom facilities; the park may not be suitable for customers with serious mobility issues.
