喜欢 How free and easy it is. Choose your pitch on a large spacious field. Hosts are v v relaxed, accommodating and helpful. Can buy wood for the fire off of thrm so that makes things extra easy.

不喜欢 No shower type facilities which for me makes this a 1 night only venue which is a shame. Even an eco shower would do but its clearly stated on the Web page so I knew there was no shower. Its just a shame thats all as id love to stay longer

喜欢 The space was great.
Toilet facilities were good. The owners were present and attentive .

不喜欢 Signage to the campsite was limited and if you are driving on your own with a disability the gate was a bit of a work out .

喜欢 Beautiful location, relaxed site. Pub a scenic 10-15 minute walk (The Lock). Park where you like. Owner really friendly and helpful, gave permission to collect kindling from his woodland and was around ‘just enough’. The loos are portaloos, and there is fresh water standpipes, but nothing else. Seems like a good place for a small group too. There were a few but no- one was too loud or up too late.

不喜欢 Nothing to dislike but would appreciate some hand gel in the loos.

喜欢 Nice quiet site, large field where you pick your own spot. Friendly owner, gave us a voucher for money off a meal at the local pub. Don't believe him when he says it's only a five minute walk, it's more like 15, nice pub and food was decent and well priced though.

不喜欢 Portloo ran out of liquid so it was starting to get blocked by the time we were leaving. Owner had said the evening before he wa going to do them but guess he forgot, he was saying how busy he was.

Some areas are quite uneven so advise taking levelling ramps if you're in a campervan.

Not sure it's worth £25, but did like that he allowed everyone to get wood for free from his wood and there are no extra charges for gazebos, pup tents & dogs so guess if you count those in it's reasonable compared to some sites that charge extra for everything.

喜欢 Absolutely fantastic campsite and one of the most enjoyable camping trips we've had. The location is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by stunning countryside, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The site was well maintained, easy to find and had plenty of space without feeling crowded. We especially enjoyed the campfire in the evening and the opportunity to really switch off from everyday life. I visited with my son and he had an amazing time exploring, playing with glow sticks, and sleeping under the stars. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt welcoming and relaxed. We left with great memories and will definitely be returning in the future.

不喜欢 Nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

喜欢 Large quiet beautiful campsite. Friendly helpful owner. Surrounded by beautiful woodland. Toilets clean. One cold outside shower.

不喜欢 Cost - Risk pricing themselves out given lack of facilities
For a single person in a one man tent £25 is too much for what is offered; suggest a max of £15 for one person although I think it should be closer to £10
No water for hand washing within the toilet closest to us

喜欢 At the end of the day its a field on a farm, might not suit everyone but the lack of showers didnt bother me, I jus sat under the tap to wash, toilets kept clean, and the guys running the place drove round each day making sure everyone was alright and had everything they need, price was reasonable too
