Tucked away in a Staffordshire village of the same name, High Onn Holiday Park is a quiet, family-run spot in 16 acres of peaceful woodland. Staying here gives you easy access to the pretty village of Wheaton Aston, the Shropshire Union Canal and UNESCO-listed exhibits at the Ironbridge Gorge Museums. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, with nine acres of woodland trails on which they can stretch their paws. This is also a top spot for visitors seeking rural downtime, and while families are welcome, please note that the park does not have any children’s facilities. What it does have is as follows: optional electric hook-ups, a well-maintained facilities block, outdoor showers and all the vital waste disposal amenities. You can buy calor gas on site too. For other shopping needs, you’re well supplied with supermarkets in Stafford (20 minutes’ drive) and Telford (25 minutes). The nearest petrol station is 10 minutes’ drive away, and public-transport options include a railway station in Stafford, or a bus stop that serves the town centre about a mile away from the pitches. If you’re dodging cooking on your Staffordshire break, there are good pubs in Wheaton Aston and Gnosall (both 10 minutes), plus a tearoom and farm shop in Haughton (15 minutes).

喜欢 Beautifully clean and well maintained site. The pitches were very level and we had lovely views. There were new individual bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink and a nice laundry room.
The proprietor of the site was very friendly too.

喜欢 Geese flying over the site, rural setting, clean and hot shower rooms, friendly and helpful wardens. Mix of grass (some sloping) and hard standing pitches.

不喜欢 Small muddy lanes to access site. Not ideal for overnight stopover from M6 going North .

喜欢 Was a lovely site. Nice and peaceful. Owners were nice and friendly. Good value. Walks nearby. The toilet/shower facilities were SPOTLESS!!!! Really clean. They have a washing machine you can use for a small charge. We got speaking to a man who was good friends with site owners and he was lovely to telling us about the local area and the history it holds. Would definitely recommend.
