However, some of our buildings are listed, which does place restrictions on the upgrades and alterations we are permitted to make. The site unfortunately suffers flooding during the winter months, which can cause ongoing maintenance challenges despite our team's continued efforts.

喜欢 Love coming to this site it’s pleasant it’s big the facilities toilets and showers and washing facilities are amazing only downfall this time someone letting fireworks off on the site my dog was not best happy he shakes but other than that amazing

Nice area

不喜欢 Fireworks being set off by an idiot fellow camper . Surely they don’t mix well with tents and gas cylinders. Not to mention the poor dogs that were there.
Toilet blocks were a bit minging.

喜欢 Nice space , friendly staff on duty .

不喜欢 Fireworks being set off by fellow camper , scared hell out of our dog. Noisy campers during night, got no sleep at all , such a shame

If you after a fancy site with brick loos and showers forget.it, but everything was functional so quite happy

喜欢 An overall good site just a 15 minute walk away from the lovely town of Shrewsbury. The site is huge, with a good selection of grass and gravel pitches, and ehu. We found the site owner/manager/warden friendly and accommodating. We originally booked a grass pitch, but on arrival were asked if we wanted to go on a gravel pitch at no extra cost, as they weren't overly busy.

We pitched up near to what looks like a relatively new mobile shower block, which contains 4 cubicles with a good powerful shower, sink and toilet. There was also 2 separate toilet blocks near by.

The site has wifi, which we didn't use, as we have a mobile router containing a '3' sim card, which worked well and streamed from our firestick with no problems.

不喜欢 The toilet blocks were a little dated, but I've seen a lot worse.

喜欢 Great big spaces to park your camper van.
Clean showers and loos.
Great location for walking into town- 20/25 mins depending how fast you walk.
Lovely and quiet at night.
Felt safe as a solo female traveler.
Perfect for my one night stop on my way home from Anglesey.

喜欢 Purpose built pitch for a long vehilcle. Proximity to the exit of the site.
Although we didn't use the facilities provided we did have a look at them and they looked fantastic. 15 min walk into town was achievable for anyone without mobility issues. The staff at the site were marvellous too. Thank you to Vince & Mike for your help & advice.
