Three fabulous acres of Shropshire countryside await for guests at Overdale Camping – and with guest numbers kept to a sensible limit there's always space to relax, play games or have barbecue evenings. Shropshire is the official location of this small-scale family-run site (it’s about three miles south of Oswestry) but it's also handily close to the Welsh border, so you’ll be able to spend your days taking in attractions and activities on both sides. And although this is a proper rural spot, it's easily accessed from the A483 so getting out and about should be nice and straightforward. Lots of excellent natural landscapes and man-made attractions are close by for your days out, but in fact you won’t have to go that far to stretch your legs, because there are several nature reserves within walking distance and the Montgomery Canal cycle trail is about a mile away. Also handily close by are a farm shop and a pub serving drinks and meals – both within five minutes' walk. On site, guests have access to facilities including toilets, showers and a kitchen, and there are firepits available to hire for atmospheric campfire evenings.

喜欢 We had a wonderful overnight stay at Overdale Camping! It was a beautiful, quiet site which was lovely and clean. The hosts were great, extremely helpful and very accommodating. We loved the hot tub and camp fire too! The kids didnt want to come home 🙂 Thanks for the lovely stay 😀

喜欢 The owners were lovely and cared about our stay. The site was clean and quiet. The loos and showers were spotlessly clean and even had shower gel. The site has options to glamp in a yurt or glamping pods. We stayed in our own tent. The pitch was level and free of annoying stones. Pub nearby served great food but booking is essential. No complaints from us.

不喜欢 A bit tricky to find - site is behind a large house so we missed it at first but we found it fairly easily afterwards.
