喜欢: Lovely site , loved watching the sunsets from the plot 6 field 1 with added bonus of watching hot air balloons going over in the morning .
We strolled into Ellesmere about a 15 to 20 min easy walk , then had a walk on the canal to the mere ( nice cafe for snacks and drinks ) then upto Ellsmere town for lunch Black lion pub which has a nice beer garden .
Highly recommend this site the shower / toilet facilities where spotless very friendly owners who gave advice on the walk , will definitely be returning at some time .

喜欢: What an amazing site clean, tranquil and very friendly. The facilities are clean and spacious and well within walking distance. The wardens are lovely people and very informative of the local area. The surrounding area has loads to offer, we visited the British iron works and the Oswestry heritage railway as well as visiting the local pubs for a couple of pints. There are local super markets close, the farm has a fresh produce van that comes onto site in the morning.Even better it’s adults only.
不喜欢: Needs a reception area ideally, apart from that it ticks all the boxes.

喜欢: This was my first time on this site as me and my wife have been trying different sites in Shropshire. and what can i say its clean tidy and very welcoming, we were on the top field and the views are excellent, we walked into town (Ellesmere) twice while we were there its about 20 - 30mins depending on how fast you walk, on one occasion Robin went out of his way to help us, this is a site i would recommend and will be going again, Thanks for such a great weekend.

喜欢: We absolutely loved this site. The owners are so friendly and nothing is a problem, Robin gave us lots of advice on the local area, walks, eating etc. The facilities are immaculate. A ten minute walk by the road into Ellesmere or across a couple of fields to the canal footpath. Enough to do in Ellesmere, several pubs and eateries, a Tesco superstore if you require some shopping. We will definitely return.

喜欢: Lovely quiet site with a large secure field for dog walking. New and immaculate shower block. Nice wide pitches & ideally located for exploring the surrounding areas.
不喜欢: The shower was a push button which didn't last long & you couldn't increase the water temperature either.
