Stunning views? Indeed – at one of the highest points in the Severn Valley, this well-maintained site overlooks the valley and the Clee Hills. With alpacas roaming freely around, Severn Valley Alpacas is also a peaceful setting with plenty of wildlife; birds of prey live and nest in the wooded area next to the farm, their calls combining with the background sound of the Severn Valley steam trains. Home to a breeding herd of alpacas, the farm can also arrange trekking, alpaca experiences and even alpaca picnics for an additional fee. There are several picnic tables in private, quiet locations for your own human-only picnics. There’s a nature area set up in the site’s orchard. If the kids need to let off steam too, there’s a selection of toys for younger kids and outdoor games for the slightly older ones (they’re next to the ducks). As a rural setting, it’s easy to get out onto public footpaths or local hill walks (and it’s very much quiet and relaxing on site). A shorter stroll of about 40 minutes will get you to the village of Alveley, which has a stunning church, shop, Chinese takeaway and an Indian restaurant and takeaway (there’s delivery available, subject to a minimum spend). There are also three pubs, which serve a range of food: a carvery, breakfast buffet on the weekend, Sunday roast, pizzas and fish and chips.

喜欢 Andy and Lorraine are very friendly and knowledgeable, the alpacas are wonderful, super friendly site and with wonderful views, very clean site, Andy couldn't do enough for us, and made us a Bostin' cup of tea each! We loved the alpacas feeding and walking, so much we've already discussed going back in the very near future with friends, honestly Andy and Lorraine are a credit to Severn valley alpacas, great work ethic and really do love the alpacas and everything they have created on the site, best overnight stay we've had, honestly just get it booked, you will not be disappointed

喜欢 This is a wonderful site, with stunning views and the added bonus of the alpacas. We stayed for one night and everything was fantastic. I was initially a little worried about the basic facilities, but then so impressed that it was thoroughly cleaned every hour! The owners are lovely and it didn't go unnoticed how hard they work to keep the place running as well as it does. We will definitely be back.

喜欢 Loraine and Andy are incredibly welcoming. The site is in a delightful setting with views across the Severn valley and open skies for awesome sunsets and stargazing.
The alpacas are just lovely, they are so relaxed, well cared for and content to mosey around watching Andy and Loraine busily care for them and run the campsite.
Sam the horse is super friendly too.

喜欢 The whole environment was perfect. The alpacas being able to roam in the same field you camp in is wonderful, the owners were both so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience feeding, petting and walking them too. We WILL be going again as it's so close to home and the views are fantastic

喜欢 Exceptional hosts (Andy and Lorraine) - nothing was too much trouble, even bought us a picnic bench and little bike for our 2 year old to play on. Beautiful scenery and the Alpacas added a unique and wonderful memory for us. Facilities are very well kept and the grounds are 10/10.

喜欢 The owners were fantastic, Andy made sure we had all we needed. He would come round the campsite in his jeep to deliver bottled water. I observed him deliver some chairs to a young couple who were in a 2 man tent and was sitting on the grass.
Nothing was too much.
You can walk around the farm looking at the alpacas and other animals at no extra cost.

喜欢 Absolutely perfect place to stay. Stunning views, lovely owners and awesome alpacas. The site is perfect, clean and quiet. Just how I like it. My dog adored the alpacas. Walks from the site were easy to find.
