喜欢 Despite the persistent September rain, our trip was an absolute delight. The campsite is wonderfully straightforward and simple, with a well-maintained field and all the essential facilities. Lovely Guinea fowls running across the field! The location is a huge plus, as the village of Gunthorpe is a short stroll away and truly charming, offering plenty of inviting pubs. Even with the wet weather, our spirits were lifted by the memorable sight of a Lancaster bomber flying overhead.

不喜欢 To be honest, we had such a lovely time that there was nothing we disliked about our stay. The simple nature of the campsite and the rain didn't detract from our experience; they were just part of the adventure.

喜欢 The location is great near the river Trent and there are some fab local pubs. Lots of great walks as well as riverside trails for bikes. I stay here often and it is a lovely site. Peaceful and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this site.

喜欢 Rural location near River Trent and three pubs nearby serving food, clean toilets, resident non-roaming ducks.

不喜欢 We had booked electric hook-up but were allocated a pitch without it. However this was quickly resolved.

喜欢 Lovely area with nice pubs and restaurants, the walks with the dogs were great by the riverside. Site was nice and quiet

不喜欢 Shower block was very basic but functional however not very clean! Site was also a little untidy.

喜欢 Easy access to site, lovely river side setting location. The site is located next to some lovely pubs within 2 or 3 minutes walk. The site is enclosed within its own security controlled gates. Nice spacious pitches and nice wash block. We would definitely use this site again and recommend to others

不喜欢 Only dislike is some inconsiderate campers on the Friday evening, drunken behaviour keeping us awake until after 1am. Not ideal when you've been travelling since 5am. This is not a reflection of the site more so inconsiderate people. We did mention this to the very nice owners who said they would deal with it and were very apologetic. The following evening all was quiet onsite.

喜欢 Easy fo find and good location, shower & toilets were nice and clean. Good communicated with owners

不喜欢 The bushes on entry are quite over grown to fit out motorhome down they scratched along the sides , no damage just very tight

喜欢 The general location and surrounding area. Pitches well maintained and mostly level.

不喜欢 The shower and toilet facilities were adequate and clean, but a little cramped. It was difficult to get changed after a shower and keep everything dry.
