喜欢: Showers and toilet block clean and noticeable that someone was around looking after the place.

不喜欢: Evening noise from other campers, pitches felt a bit close. No Wi-Fi

来自经理: Thanks for the review, I'm sorry that you experienced noise from other campers and will mention this to others who are checking in moving forward. I'm not sure how you wasn't happy with the WIFI as we don't advertise it, and all pitches are 6 meters apart which is a minimum space required. Many thanks Mark James

不喜欢: Lack off staff at reception, and guidance at pitch location.Lack of basic signage to plots allocated.Toilets at entrance dirty and touring shower block coat hooks broken .

来自经理: Thanks for the review, however reception staff does leave at 5pm, but they do make sure that customers who are arriving after 5pm are left with their check in paperwork in the Perspex box on the reception door. The toilets are the entrance are for fishermen and not for the holiday makers. The toilet block on the camping area is for the holiday makers and i can ensure there cleaned twice a day. I can agree that the hooks on the toilet doors are broken and are being replaced ASAP. Many Thanks.

喜欢: Nice quiet site had some very good facilities nice and open did not feel couped in like some sites.

喜欢: Good place for fishing, nice town close by, good cycling paths along the river and canal. Toilets and showers were clean only a few on site, but we were there at a quiet time of year. Staff were helpful. Would go back again.

不喜欢: No Wi-Fi and difficult to tell what time the bar was open

来自经理: We are a fishery and try end encourage young people to fish, we do have a play area for the kids and not sure how you can dislike it. We do agree the bar times could be displayed more however we don't run the bar, it is leased out. Many Thanks Hallcroft

喜欢: The facilities were very clean Receptionist very helpful and friendly. The best site we have been to yet and have booked again!

喜欢: Good space to walk the dog

不喜欢: Very rude receptionist who doesn’t answer phone or respond to any emails. Disgusting toilets that never had toilet roll ended up buying our own and having to use that. Was absolutely filthy in the end we stopped using the showers from all the dirt, clumps of hair and smell. We understand we stayed on bank holiday and we were expecting it to be busy but when there was the amount of people there they should be cleaned at least more than once a day. Very noisy until 2am with music and lots of shouting and drunk people tripping over our tent. We also came across teenagers and adults smoking weed blatantly in front of everyone which isn’t what we want when we have a young child running about. The site is very run down with what looked like a scrap yard in the middle of one of the fishing islands. The bins were also over flowing most of the time
