喜欢: Nothing as my booking was cancelled.

不喜欢: Contacted me on morning of booking to advise that my booking was cancelled and refused a refund. Very poor customer service and extremely unhappy.

喜欢: Facilities were great & clean. Would highly recommend the site for families. Previously visited with partner & 2 children this Time was for 1 night for a trip to Silverstone, which was really helpful

喜欢: Stayed here glamping for the first time and I must say it's a mixed feeling. The pod was comfortable but I failed to read that there were no toilets in the pod. I had suffered with with terrible gas all day so you can only imagine my horror when I realised there was no loo inside. The walk each time to the toilet block was a massive risk, but one I had to take. To say I had a close call on occasions is an understatement. Overall though the experience was a good one, and I would definitely book again.

喜欢: Site was very well equipped for all ages pitches where well looked after prices in the bar and food fenders where the cheapest we have experienced compared to previous sites we have visited will definitely stay again

喜欢: There’s loads for the kids to do. Nice place for the family to go. There loads of space and not cramped. All staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything.

不喜欢: Pitch black on touring sites , health & safety issues streams lakes all around my husbands disabled , we couldn’t use venue at nite due to fear of not getting back to our van. I have sent emails and complained at reception , parents with babies in prams not even any light switched on the roadways past the venue ??😡

We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced We are reviewing all of our guest feedback and are implementing several improvements as we move into the new year.

喜欢: We liked the ability to pitch the tents and vans together to make a campsite where the kids could run around without fear of going into the road. The swimming is decent, aside from half the lockers not working and it being a 45minute session only. The new event area is very good, it’ll be interesting to see how the outside area fairs during the winter months/wetter periods. Parks aren’t complete, but they’re looking like they will be very much enjoyed by children.

不喜欢: The common areas are surprisingly unclean, and the upkeep hadn’t been done. The park is under relatively new ownership and promised large changes and adaptations to the park which have happened; but unfortunately they’re just not keeping on top of cleaning or repairs. Many cans of beer were littered around the park, cigarette butts could be found all over the park and in common areas. Toilet doors were missing locks, toilet roll dispensers were broken and missing the fronts, toilet seats were also missing/broken in the campsite toilets. The arcade has a lot of different games, all giving out tickets to get very rubbish gifts, but the kids love it.

喜欢: We spent a weekend at Billing Aquadrome and were delighted. Beautiful views and lots of attractions, especially for children. A great solution is the possibility of renting a standard camping pod instead of a tent, especially on colder days. A big plus is that the cottage has a heater and a socket. We loved the live music and the pool was perfect for cooling off during the day. We will definitely be back next year
