喜欢: Friendly and accommodating owner called David who made us feel very welcome. Well maintained site with great pitches. Close to local amenities and a bus stop a few minutes walk away. Pristine amenities. Set on the bank a small river where you can watch the wildlife (including kingfishers). Lovely riverside walk.

喜欢: Site is very well kept and has spacious pitches which are all fully serviced. David the site owner made us extremely welcome, showed us personally to our pitch and was always available for any problems. Toilet and shower amenities were always spotless. The site is very secure with coded access barrier and gates that were locked of a night time.

不喜欢: The traffic noise is sometimes noticeable and may be a problem for light sleepers, but was not a problem for us.

喜欢: Lovely clean site, facilities are fantastic, nestled in the countryside. It was idyllic. We would give the site 10 out of 10, it’s spectacular so much thought has gone into the creation of this site. We would definitely come back again and recommend wholeheartedly to other people.

喜欢: what a great little site! A very heartly Welcome by the owner, Spacious full service pitches And a peaceful and environment. Sadly, I booked only for one day, but I will definitely return. The toilets and showers are perfect!

喜欢: Brilliant site perfectly set between Bourne and Stamford. We had the grass pitch with electric hook-up and absolutely loved it - the pitch was spacious, quiet and close to all facilities. Toilets and showers were spotless and David couldn't do enough for us upon arrival and throughout our stay. The bus (101) takes you into Bourne, from there catch the 201 into Stamford - or you can walk up to Baston around the back of the site where there's a lovely pub called The White Horse. It was perfect for a few days and we'll definitely look to re-book!

不喜欢: Nothing, no faults whatsoever. Other reviews mentioned noise from the road - and while it is a busy road I wouldn't say it was overly noisy from the pitches. No wifi, but don't want to deduct a star as unfair. Signal (both EE and Tesco) worked perfectly with 4/5G.

喜欢: Pitches are nice and private as they are separated by hedges. Toilet block is small but very clean. Nice welcome by the owner. Good value pitches.

不喜欢: Too close to the A15 so traffic noise is constant even during the night so not so good if you are a light sleeper.

喜欢: Only booked in for two nights as a stops over on the way back from Yorkshire, we were met by David the owner, very friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the privacy hedges between the good sized pitches. Shame we couldn't stay longer as we would've liked to explore the area a bit more, we'll be back 👍

喜欢: The site is really well cared for and quite quirky, which we enjoyed. There are small areas set aside for rewinding. The pitches are large and all serviced, with privacy hedging In-between.

不喜欢: There is some road noise from the A15 but it didn't spoil our stay

喜欢: Amazing, serene landscapes site. Very warm welcome and clean excellent facilities. David the owner has created a green space full of nature and interesting walks. I had a very pleasant two night stay and will go back.
