Set up back in 2016 on open farmland just on the outskirts of Lincolnshire seaside capital Skegness: if you want busy and seaside town days along with days among green Lincolnshire countryside, petite and clean Skegness Fields is a well-placed pick. Pitches are hardstanding ones for tourers and motorhomes, and come with electric hook-up and a water point. The smart facilities include a swish shower and toilet block, washing-up area and chemical disposal. As it's a family-friendly site, Skegness Fields has plenty of room for kids to roam and grownups to relax; it's a safely-kept site too, with a fully secure barrier entry system. The sands of Skegness are a couple of minutes' drive, a leisurely stroll or a quick bus ride away.

喜欢 It's a lovely site with good facilities- showers and toilets. Could do with a shop or something on site.

不喜欢 The toilet block was quite a treck from where we were pitched. Also not necessarily the sites fault due to the weather, but where we were told to pitch, it was the muddiest area and so our tent was covered inside and out.

The road behind the site is very noisy at night.

喜欢 cleaned well maintained site, on a good bus route into Skegness

不喜欢 expensive. £50 a night although it was a Bank Holiday weekend, with the pitch I was given, number 13, it was practically impossible to get on it without a mover, the caravan next to me went on hitch first which meant our doors faced each other and his awning was on the 'my' grass area.
There was talk of entertainment in the literature, but it was all on other sites miles away, on other sites, there was nothing this site,
A lot of noise from the adjacent main road.
The WiFi didn't work

喜欢 The showers was spacious and clean close to Skegness we liked.

不喜欢 They look after the caravan pitches more than tents. caravan got there own tap next to there pitch tents have to go othere end site for drinking water. It look really nice site till u get to the tent field, not finished road just stone and big drop to grass just a spare land put numbers on it than call it tent field it not Evan on the map. We went in the middle of the week there was 3 tents it was quite till Friday I have never seen tents so close together we have to plan a route to get to our tent when left next day we have to squeeze between cars to leave they put every one together than others end of field was empty. You can use other sister sites for swimming and entertainment but no say that on site. There need more stuff in shop

喜欢 Brilliant, nice clean site. If you're wanting a site full of hustle and hustle its probably not the one for you. Close to all beaches. A lovely clean site!

喜欢 Second visit for us we love it people complain saying toilets not getting cleaned ive seen the lady in there more then once a day if people cleaned after themselves be a lot better its commen courtesy to clean up after your self the lady on reception is lovely we will be definitely coming back to stay again bus

喜欢 Very nice and quiet place, not too far from everything.
Owners/ workers are polite and very helpful.

不喜欢 They dont have baby facilities so found it very hard to bath the baby and also wasnt as clean as it was last year.

Wander, take the car, or get the bus that stops just across the road from Skegness Fields to seaside town Skegness for days of coast and sand. The beach, sea and pier will likely be many folks' first stops (probably followed by a bag of hot fish and chips or an ice cream on the sands), but do take time too to get to the town's other top attractions, like the Natureland Seal Sanctuary and the fab and wild Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve just outside the centre. From Skegness, travel along the coast to Ingoldmells for a knuckle-tightening time at Fantasy Island, the mammoth amusement park with the world’s longest suspended rollercoaster and Europe’s longest looping rollercoaster. (A mammoth indoor market is also in town to totter to if you need to soothe yourself afterwards.) Other options around the sea and Lincolnshire are trips further along the coast to Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe and on to Saltfleet, and inland to the walks and bike rides of the flat Wolds, or staggering under the weight of piles of newly purchased produce at Lincolnshire's market towns like Louth, Alford and Horncastle.
