喜欢: Pitches were of ample space. Site was clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and provided all information that we required. Toilets were spotless.
不喜欢: That toilets were closed for 2 hours during day for cleaning. Whilst I accept that they require cleaning to close them completely could be a bit awkward for some people . I didn't ask if there was an alternative one to use.

来自经理: Hi, thank you. When checking-in it was clearly stated - the toilet/shower block has closed for cleaning but on a request it will be open. Just knock to the door. This system was introduced because the cleaning team has kept constantly interrupted. We tried to clean one part and keep another part open, but people got upset being asked to use different gender toilets. We do appreciate tents and campervans do not have toilet facilities, that's why we kindly ask people in cleaning time just knock in the toilet door and it will be open for usage. Thanks

喜欢: Next to park, extra large pitch 👌🏻. Farm shop short bike ride, very nice for treats. Icecream farm close by too. Friendly owners. Well kept site.
不喜欢: Not having small store for essentials. The owners are missing a good opportunity with the outbuildings for a pub or cafe/ shop

With Tesco superstore (5 min by a car or 25 min walking distance), Morrisons daily on the High street (3 min by a car or 20 min walking distance), the Farm shop and the caffe in 2 min of walking distance the idea of having a small store or a small caffe on the site never worked. That's why we stopped doing it. Thanks again

喜欢: The overall location was excellent, very well kept site, woodlands and birdsong added to the overall atmosphere. Owners & wardens were easily accessible and happy to help with any concerns or queries. Washroom was beautifully maintained, plenty of facilities, lovely warm showers. Jof, the Coffee Man was chatty & welcoming, offering lovely coffee & homemade cake, also sausage sarnies.
