喜欢 Very good host and welcome. Pitch good big size, smart / tidy facilities.

不喜欢 Pub garden area littered with used cig butts.

喜欢 Pitches were nice and flat, with some nice clean facilities, albeit a little small. The area was lovely, and the welcome from the attendant who was working on site was very nice and welcoming.

不喜欢 No hot water to wash up with, the bar restaurant set up was strange. It was kept separate, and I was not keen on the way of ordering.

The chef was a little unprofessional, as a professional chef myself. Smoking in a chef jacket and out in an area where customers are sitting is not a great look.

Friday night, there was a lot of noise. There were a group of women at the bottom singing and playing music till midnight and gone which kept my 9-year-old awake, but also the bar had music playing loudly.

The Saturday night, which is not the fault of the site, there was a party in the field with fireworks going off.

喜欢 Beautiful site, very clean, welcoming and attentive wardens, gorgeous local area, nice walks for the dog, rest rooms perfectly lit at night. Lovely facilities

不喜欢 Awful pub at the entrance to the site, which sadly attracts undesirables, and local youngsters in cars smoking weed, very loud music pointing towards camp until late close. Absolutely ruins the ‘retreat’! In our opinion the pub needs closing and lots of thought to attract the clientele that the area and retreat so very much deserves!

喜欢 The warm welcome on arrival. The team were so helpful as it was my first time camping in camper van. They helped get me set up with EHU, informed me of everything I’ll need and where it was. The food was of great quality from the adjourning pub, service exceptional. Everyone made me feel very welcome. Facilities were spotless & nothing was too much trouble. I felt very welcome and at home.

喜欢 Rustige kampeerplaats

不喜欢 Duur in verhouding tot het gebodene. Geen mogelijkheid om af te wassen. De potwash was hermetisch afgesloten. Geen fatsoenlijke wastafels maar een klein spoelbakje in het toilet en de doucheruimte. Om 08.00 vond men het nodig om gras te gaan maaien. Mag dat iets later a.u.b. ?

喜欢 Quiet location but close to local amenities. Pitches were a good size.

不喜欢 I understand that it is a new site and obviously there are things that will arise.
- no hot water for washing up
- no bins in bathrooms
- toilet roll needs to replaced
- access to water is right next to someone’s caravan - it feels a little intrusive
