喜欢: Clean and tidy site, good access, well located for tourist attractions, first class facilities

不喜欢: Close to the A40 and a bit noisy until late evening; also close to the flight path for the local airport which is active in pilot training. But this is a minor grumble.

喜欢: Beautifully kept site. Very friendly staff. Facilities spotlessly clean. Were very accommodating in arranging a motel room for our friends as close to our pitch as possible.

不喜欢: Road can be a bit noisy early morning. We paid for fully serviced pitch, but only the grey waste drain was on our pitch. The electrical point and water tap, was on the pitch next to us and my hubby had to push through a dividing hedge to access. It wasn't quite a fully serviced pitch if you have to do that.

Our fully serviced setup includes one electric/water bollard shared between two pitches and individual grey waste. 喜欢: Lovely flat pitch. Nice wide pitch with privacy hedges. Great showers. Great access off the M5. Ideally situated as a stopover on the way down south. Free WiFi on site. Lots of birds coming down for a few crumbs .

不喜欢: Maybe a bit of noise from the motorway and plenty of helicopter and small planes going over. It wasn't a bother to us but some may not like it.

喜欢: The Briarsfield site was fantastic—situated beautifully between Cheltenham and Gloucester it is a great site to enjoy both places and venture into the Cotswold villages-the site is managed well and the facilities are very clean —the Warden was always helpful and accommodating—we asked for an extra day which was awarded us with no problem—The pitch was brilliant with privacy by way of hedges and the facilities on the fully serviced pitch were really good—all in all a fabulous stay at a site that does Pitch-up proud

喜欢: Just so easy and convenient for stop over when travelling on the M5, Access to the site is nice and easy, Showers on site lovely and clean.

As a family-run park, we strive to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant experience. Our location is clearly mentioned on our website and all booking channels to ensure transparency for our guests before they make a reservation. Upon your arrival, we understand that the noise was a concern for you, and we did our best to accommodate your needs by offering to move you to a different pitch. However, we respected your decision to leave after pitching up for an hour. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and are proud to have thousands of repeat guests who are very happy with our park. We genuinely care about our guests' experiences and always aim to do the right thing, as we did in your case. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and hope you understand our position.
