喜欢: Our second stay on the site, our first stay was so good we booked this second with friends for my partners birthday. Hot tubs all heated for arrival all clean and tidy. Welcomed on arrival and lovely staff helpful throughout. They had a cancelation before our arrival and moved our friends next to us which was a lovely thing to do. Will defiantly stay again

喜欢: I previously stayed in February for my birthday and had an amazing stay, couldn’t fault a single thing.
不喜欢: I paid an extra amount for the hot tub to be hot in our arrival at 2pm, Easter Sunday!!! When we arrived the hot tub was empty…we had to wait nearly 4 hours for it to reach a reasonable temperature and even then it was cold at the bottom!! The stay was more stressful than relaxing!!!
