喜欢: The site was lovely, with the view of the lake. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots to do if we had more time.

不喜欢: Only couple of dislikes, there was nowhere to get any kind of breakfast which would have been great with the facilities on site. Also there was someone playing a TV of some kind quite loud until midnight (not really the sites fault) it made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Thank you so much for this feedback. We do have a no noise between 22:30pm - 07:00am and are sorry to hear that one of your fellow campers didn't fully respect this during your stay. If this happens on your next visit please don't hesitate to call the out of hours emergency number on your welcome pack so our team can respond to this straight away. Our cafe and restaurant opening hours do vary throughout the year so we do advise checking this in advance of your stay, as well as the local supermarkets and eateries in the local area. 喜欢: Nice view of the lake Had electric hook up Only £20 per night for grass pitch Staff were friendly and helpful at reception. Perfect area for us as we were visiting family in Bedford.

不喜欢: Camping toilet facilities were really bad (in the middle of the touring/camping pitches) Didn't get to see the other toilets as only stayed for 1 night and didn't return to the site until 9.30pm Had not read the information on the electric hook up (my own fault for not reading!) Was told at reception that I needed to leave a £10 deposit, on my debit card. Electric was metered at £0.30 per kWh We just used electric for lights in campervan & kettle for 1 evening. I am hoping that I get a good refund as someone on site has told me that it was a minimum of £5 spend which we obviously wouldn't have used.

We can see that your £5 deposit has been processed & refunded back to you and will appear in your bank account within the next 3-5 working days. If you need any further help please email us at info@boxendpark.com. Electricity is metered on site at £0.30 per kWh and must be paid for on-site using a pre-paid smart card collected when checking in. A minimum of £5 credit must be added. An additional £5 deposit is taken when the card is issued, refundable on return of the card. We do hope to see you back with us again soon and enjoy a lovely start to the summer! 喜欢: Lovely stay although only for just one night as traveling on. Friendly helpful staff, great setting looking over the lake and enjoyed watching the wakeboarders while sitting enjoying a pint. Nice onsite bar/restaurant. We never ate but did have drinks.

不喜欢: Little bit busy as a triathlon was on but was warned in advance so no issues. Toilets were a bit tired but clean and functional. Only one cubicle shower in the men's unless you fancy a communal one, so if busy you have to wait.

喜欢: Basic facilities with loads of amazing activities on the go. We all had a lovely night at Box end Park. The staff were very helpful - as I needed to leave early the next morning. Much appreciated

喜欢: Watching the activities on the lake. Enjoyed a drink at the bar overlooking the lakeside. Level pitches with water and electricity near pitch

不喜欢: Shower and toilet block very basic but not a problem as we used our own.

喜欢: Had a lovely stay at Box End with its well kept grounds and peaceful setting. All staff could not have been more helpful, and you have the water sports activities on your doorstep if required. Greta to be looking out over the lakes in the morning sunshine…..

喜欢: Beautiful setting. Staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute we got there until we left. We asked for a pitch as far away from the water as possible and we were given the perfect spot. Loved watching the water sports from our tent. The toilets were close by and clean and smelled lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be returning

喜欢: We camped here as it was near a car show we were attending, we have a TentBox. The pitches were a decent size, the toilet block was only a few seconds walk away and central. There is an onsite food van with benches (called a cafe) and restaurant. Staff were very friendly

不喜欢: There were only 2 washing up stations to 25+ pitches. The toilet blocks were run down, however it stated on them new ones are coming in a year. The showers are communal, with only one closed shower. So either shower late at night or bring some swimwear!

喜欢: Lovely camping pitches , very spacious , overlooks the lake with all the activities which is great too , we went on the aqua park which the kids enjoyed (albeit very cold 🤣) toilet facilities clean , showers ect great too I will say the staff were exemplary, each time we had to pop to the activities desk , nothing was any trouble , and the guys outside on the activities very attentive when it came to their roles , will definitely come back if we need a place to stay down that way again it was great
