Tyckte om Wonderful location - a 15-20 minute walk to the South West Coast path, with some beautiful sights in either direction. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Tyckte inte om Missing some amenities such as an ice pack freezer, but can't complain at the price we paid. Most of the camp site is on a slight incline but not too bad. N.B. there is very little mobile signal, but WiFi is available if you are set up near the facilities, chargeable at around £5 per day. We didn't use it so can't comment on its performance.

Tyckte inte om Swimming pool wasn’t available - despite staff saying it would be open on Sunday, it wasn’t. We found this quite disappointing as this was a big selling point of the site.

It is great to see how you have rated us so highly on our location, customer service and cleanliness. We do feel very fortunate to be based in such a beautiful part of North Cornwall with great access to the local town and beaches. Our team work hard to ensure a high level of customer service is always offered to guests and our facilities are kept clean and tidy throughout too. We are sorry to hear that you didn't have the swimming pool available to you during your stay. Unforeseen circumstances led to us being unable to open the pool on the Sunday you were here and the safety and well being of our guests is paramount and therefore we had no choice but to remain closed on the Sunday in question. We do hope you had the opportunity to take a dip before you left on the Monday! We hope that you will return to Bude Holiday Resort soon and get to enjoy all facilities and the site again.
