We’re sorry to hear about the unpleasant smell from the drain near pitch 13, we are looking into this but unsure of the cause at this present time - it may be due to all the dry/hot weather we have been experiencing but please rest assured that we are looking into all possible causes/solutions. We will consider looking into new hand dryers too. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention and will look into both matters with our maintenance team. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a more enjoyable experience next time.
