Tyckte om Really chilled site, we were in our campervan on the Open Field. Loads of space, quiet at night, great atmosphere. Food from the cafe was delicious and reasonably priced. Facilities were clean. Friendly staff.

Tyckte om The campsite was just as described. Lovely friendly owners who went above and beyond and helped sort out our van when we had a bump. The facilities were super clean and everything worked, the heating in the shower block was glorious on a cold, wet morning. A very quiet site just the owls, sheep and pheasants to listen to. Great location too.

Tyckte om Loved the quietness of the site, directions were perfect. The children (aged 8 & 5) had a great time in the woods, on the swing and stroking Digger. Usually they want some entertainment but this site really suited us (grandparents and parents too). The lack of rules and restrictions were great. We enjoyed watching the lorries and diggers although I've read that some didn't like them. The toilets are basic but were exactly as described. If you are 8 you love not having to wash! We found the owner super friendly. All good.

Tyckte inte om I can't think of anything I disliked. As an adult I suppose I'd maybe like a shower..... But it was fine without.

Från föreståndaren: Thank you for your great review. It really is all about connecting with nature here - and playing with Digger the dog! It’s true that some people find the lorries and diggers a bit of a nuisance, but just as many seem to enjoy the contrast between the peace and quiet of the camping field and the hustle and bustle of the farmyard. The facilities are, indeed, basic. There’s no getting away from that! We’re very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and look forward to seeing you again soon.
